Hi friends, check out these 7 financial goals to add to your to-do list! I'm working on these too, so let's ride this together. Hope you all have an amazing day!
This was great, thanks, I've been looking for "e financial freedom" for a while now, and I think this has helped. Ever heard of - Ferapt Freedom Fanboy - (do a search on google ) ? Ive heard some awesome things about it and my mate got cool success with it.
I completely agree I think by the time you're 30 you don't have to be incredibly wealthy but at least set yourself up for success. Your 20's should be all about building good financial habits.
@@davidsdinero im 19 i spent my teenages very boring i wanna spend atleast one year to myself before i turn 25. but other than that i dont mind using my 20's to invest for later on. im technically 18 on papers due to miscommunication. so im gonna spend my 20 fucking by 21 when im legally 20 i'll start focusing the fuck out on my future. but problem is even if you want to set yourself up. nobody gives realistic advice. which i think this guy does
I’m 15 and I’m watching this so I can Live happily by the time I’m older, all this is very new to me right now but I’m trying to gain as much information and I’m trying to learn as much as I can.
My Advice do not stress out when things doesn’t go as plan. Sometimes take a breather go with the flow and continue again. Money come and go just be wise and don’t be too hard on yourself.
25 years old making 5 figures monthly and I have to say this video says it all, I’d also recommend anyone in their 20s and 30s to focus as well on building passive income streams.
I think these are all great and feasible goals to aim for! I'm 24 but hoping to buy my first property within a year :) Also, I am honored to share the same last name as you -- I love your videos. Thank you for sharing Charlie!
You lost me when you said the average annual income for someone in their 20s is $50,000. I'm 27 and most 20 year olds I know aren't even seeing 40K a year.
It may depend on location as well as the people we know. But yeah 20 year olds definitely closer to 0 probably. When I was 20 I was making zero money haha
@@CharlieChang I started working at the age of 19, however, I only started saving some money at the age of 23 😞 (I'm 24 now...) wish I had started earlier but it is what it is...
Charlie, your video struck a chord with me. navigating the complexities of finance, your insights resonate deeply. Here's to setting ambitious yet achievable goals and charting a course towards financial freedom. Thank you for sharing your wisdom and inspiring us all to take control of our financial destinies!
Invaluable vid man! Regarding the Roth IRA, I would just add that there is an income limit (139k for 2020 I think if you’re single). But you can learn about the backdoor strategy to get around that. Roths are definitely more advantageous for sure.
Renting out a property is a great idea but don't forget to factor in maintenence and damage repair from tenants. It's not a pure profit situation. I've seen many landlords lose hundreds and thousands of dollars due to bad tenants and damaged properties...in many cases damage depreciated the properties value substantially. It's important to make sure you include some difficulties in your statement. Don't candy coat everything.
You are the best and most straightforward youtuber I have every followed. I never feel as though I am being swindled when watching your videos or mislead. Please keep up this approach as being a direct and honest source of information is more noble than cheating viewers into over priced and empty course schemes for a money grab. Much love - continue what you are doing!
I’m currently working on increasing my salary, My Roth IRA is maxed out for this year and 401k through work. Trying to save up a down payment for my first rental and also travel whenever I can 🌎 those are my continuous girls till I’m 30
I would almost say at ANY age most of these would apply. Too many people think it's too late and say that in they're 40s or 50s when they still had time to make for a better retirement
The value of this video per each minute is crazy. Even if it's more US related, the principles apply almost anywhere - maybe except the student loan, although might be interesting if you made a video about how much that student debt actually means after all those years. (or maybe interview someone in that situation - maybe another great UA-camr such as "Invest with Rose")
I'm 56 and my wife and I are very worried about our future, gas and food prices rising daily. We have had our savings dwindle with the cost of living into the stratosphere, we are finding it impossible to replace it. We can get by, but cant seem to get ahead. My condolences to anyone retiring in this crisis, all those years of work just to loose it all to a crisis you didn't cause.
Saving to invest has been my smartest move so far. I advise you invest in something. Try out st,ock or REIT that would help you make more money just sign in for a long term.
Interesting when I was turning 18 a couple years ago I was looking into having multiple income streams like skip the dishes,DoorDash etc. I’ve been doing that for the last year now. But with your comment and being passed the 20’s it’s like darn
Hi guys! I was told by my dad that I could get some investment tips here on YT, been pondering how investors amass millions in the financial market and I'm ready to dabble in. Great video 👍🏻
How can or what is the process of getting into real estate not knowing anything and how to get enough money to build to pay what you need to doing real estate
I listed it down so that you can have a guide - Work towards high paying jobs - Get your credit score above 740 - Get into real estate - Invest in yourself - Become Financially Literate - Develop Multiple Source of Income - Invest a good portion of your income
Love to Chang, always inspiring me to be better. I have been living frugally and investing for a year so far. And I'm planning to do it for another 4 years. You are an inspiration ❤
In my country we only earn 10k a year it's very depressing to see someone with 50k still struggling and not saving any money. Most don't even have 1k per month.it's the Czech Republic btw
Good luck on buying a duplex/triplex or quad for your first house. Honestly, unless you are buying it in an undesirable area, you will never win. Three multi-family units came up in my area recently and all were sold to cash buyers.

YES. Just have at the very least some passive income. Or a better word residual income. Ain't nothing passive about passive income
In the grand scheme of things 20's is still super young

I personally trade with Lance Bernthal and he’s taking new investors now.
