@@BihariMunna its just the way of life, meat is an essential portion of our diet. I am not saying killing animals is a good thing to do, but you shouldnt feel too bad over it either. Lots of animals in the wild get hunted every day, you cant feel bad for all of them.

After watching this last night I tried some liver this morning marinated in milk, like you showed.
I love liver but had never marinated it in milk before...what a difference!

Liver, flour ,oil. Soak liver in cows milk 2 hours, mix salt and pepper in flour, coat liver shallow fry, put on a bed of purple onion and cilantro

Liver is so good. Never tried it like this, we usually cut into small cubes, fry them off in a pan then add full fat cream and let it slowly simmer until done. Season with salt and White pepper. Simple and soo good😃 Cheers from Sweden.
