    How cool is it that we are watching this video of them preforming a song that won’t be released for 6 weeks? This was probably the first or one of the first times they ever preformed it…. And we all know what became of this song.

      The first time they performed it live was at CalFest. They were touring to promote their first album. They did their set but the crowd kept yelling and they were being pushed out by the festival managers to do an encore. They had not finished writing the song but decided that since they weren't prepared to play anything else they would do it, so they went out making up what they needed to fill out the rest of the song.

    Hot Blooded" was released 45 years ago today! “Hot Blooded’ was our first single released from our second Foreigner album, Double Vision. Double vision went on to be a multi-platinum success, but it was this song that reached #3 on the Billboard Hot 100 list.

      I was in 4th grade elementary...there was a disabled autistic boy who didn't do much but stare and drool until asked to perform hotblooded , he'd jump around the class singing and playing the air guitar...he charged a quarter from all of us...each performance

    When this song came out, I was a high school kid working at a Wendy's in York, PA. One of my co-workers used to play this song full blast on his boom box late at night after the place closed. The boss didn't care as long as we did a good job of cleaning, scrubbing, and vacuuming. Fun times!

    Ok I was a 16 year old guy and went to this tour's show in Kalamazoo Michigan, at Wings Stadium. I really do still remember Lou's screaming voice....after this show, all i can say is... '"I was in".
    It was my first rock concert...WOW!!

    I had this on Dad's reel to reel from the King Biscuit show. Memorized Headknocker. Timeless, lethal. Also how I remember seeing them in high school in the 70's. Maybe April Wine opened. So much better back then. Fearless. No ballads.
