This is duplex house design with 5 bedroom, pooja, garden and swimming pool. There are 2 floors. In ground floor there are 2 bedrooms with attached Toilet. And in First floor, there 3 bedrooms with attached Toilet.
The plot size to make this bungalow is 66 feet by 66 feet. In ground floor there are 1 big portico to park 3 car, Sit out in front of main door. Big living with pooja are there. Kitchen and Dining in ground floor.
In First floor, there are 3 bedroom, family, and big open balcony to view pool and garden.
There is an approach stair in go open terrace.
Design and edited in blender open source software.

It might need some adjustment for the US market, possibly removing the walls between the kitchen and dining areas, and between dining and living areas, as well as reconfiguring the bathrooms. But overall, it looks practical to build and to live in.

There is no need for balcony at any room
