I bought this product yesterday and did all my reviews and I can't believe how GOOD this was on my skin. I'm not big on heavy make-up and simply wanted something to glow up my skin, THIS DID THE JOB AND MORE. It's been a while since I splurged and this was well worth it! Love this product and looking to branch out and try more of their other ones! My skin is combo, dry, acne-prone AND sensitive--- for anyone who actually reads the comment section. If you're in the same boat, GIVE THIS PRODUCT A TRY! ❤
I feel like foundation application with only hands never works for my dry, textured skin. BUT, When I use my hands to wipe it all over my skin, pat it in slightly, and then go over it with a not-too-damp beauty sponge its *chef’s kiss* perfect. 👌✨ Love you, Mal! And thank you for the incredibly thorough review! 😘
@@ImMalloryBrooke 💘💘🥰 I mean it. Also love that you’re so honestly about your own health challenges and your sensory things bc omg I have that big time. I just tired a similar product that has won awards and stuff and absolutely HATED the way it made my skin feel like it was distracting haha. So I’m so appreciative that you add those bits in too. Keep doing what you’re doin!
Once again you gave us amazing close-ups of your skin as you described what was happening how it looked… That’s why you’re my favorite! And I was looking into getting this tinted moisturizer so I’m glad you did a review on it, I may just have to pick it up. Xoxo from Miami 🦩🌴🤗
I'm very late to this video, but I recently heard about the Saie Tinted Moisturizer and was really interested in it so I wanted to see some reviews, lol. Thank you for not using a primer to test it out! I cannot stand when people do that. Primer is one of those....ehhhh steps, as I like to call it. It can be helpful, or it can hinder. The trick is that you need to find a primer that not only works with your skin, but also works with the rest of the makeup you're using. I remember years ago when primer was a really big thing and everyone was just buying it willy nilly. I can't remember who it was, but someone explained how you need to be buying primer and foundation with the same base ingredients because what can happen is, if they have differing bases, it can cause the foundation to pill or slide around on your face. So it makes me nuts when someone is testing a foundation and they use a primer and they're like, "Oh look it's terrible!" And it's like, maybe it's the primer.
As someone with dry textured skin I hate face products with my hands I find it makes the texture and dryness show so much more on my skin, beauty sponge always looks nicer personally
I know you probably won’t see this, but I’m curious about this particular product and I want to find out if you continued using it through the summer and if you did, what are your thoughts on it now. I actually wish more creators could recap items they reviewed months ago and what they think of them now
If you use fingers try patting and pressing in, instead of smearing and rubbing. Even if you feel you’re using featherlight strokes the skin is still kicking up creating future texture, especially if you aren’t using a primer. For myself I just wash my hands or use some hand sanitizer if it’s been a couple minutes, because if I’m thinking about germs there’s absolutely no way that I can keep my sponge that’s been sitting in my makeup any cleaner than my fingers.
Really loving this tinted cream on you 👌the application with the sponge is definitely better 🤗 I don't have very dry skin but I don't like to use my fingers to apply foundation neither 😁... This Poppy blush is so pretty, the shade is perfection 💕💕💕
I do think you were being partial because you hate applying with fingers if you rub it in like a moisturizer it really works! Warm it up in your hands first but I loved this video and this product is great!
Thank you for the very thorough review, I love that you show actual skin, you are one of few who do! I appreciate your honesty and girl, you are rocking that eye shadow look!!! I may have to join the gram for the tutorial I love the caviar sticks!
It looked pretty on your face and it held up well during your workout. I would need more coverage to cover my broken capillaries on my checks. I get bumps all over my face like that. I have a pain doc but struggle finding a gp because of my pain meds even though I am not coming to them for that. I need some tests because I definitely have more going on than my messed up spine from my accident and all of the nerve damage. What kind of specialist did you see to get checked out?
You keep calling it a foundation, but it's a tinted moisterizer. Very different product in application and finish right? You would apply your moisturizer with your fingers right?
I also hate using my fingers. I LOVE my artis palm brush for foundations. It literally takes 5 seconds. I do however apply the LM luminous foundation with a sponge because that's how you do it and I LOVE the finish it gives me but I do mix my Auric glow last with that one esp and whooT the glow is real!
I think she just doesn’t know how to massage mouisterizer in with her fingers… it was kind just being smeared over the top lightly with one finger hence the streaks. I liked hearing her talk about it though good job describing her experience
tried this. loved the texture, coverage and moisture it gives (dehydrated oily textured skin here). unfortunately i think it broke me out: like big pimples under the skin :( stoped using it to see if skin cleares. i wanted to love this so much... maybe it's the beeswax eters it contains. has anyone experienced anything similar?
For those who hate using your fingers, sanitize the bottle or wash it with coldish soap water and keep it in a clean place. Or wash your hands and keep one or two fingers off the bottle and use those one or two fingers to apply the product. - Germaphobe

Pretty sure a brush has more bacteria than fingers. Then again skin has tons of bacteria which is healthy & natural. I am not using sunscreen or many other products containing known carcinogens

I think this is best with the merit foundation brush. That’s my favorite way to apply it anyway! I like the tower 28 tint even better.
Would love to know your thoughts or maybe even a review, on the Smashbox Halo skin tint moisturizer. Enjoyed the video, as always!!
I tried this a year ago and the separation wasn’t the best after a while in the bottle but it was really moisturizing

Do you remember what lip balm/ oil / gloss you were wearing at the beginning of the video? I couldn’t stop looking at your lips lol
Thank you for the review! I can’t wait to try this tinted moisturizer. Also, you remind me of Drew Barrymore. 😊
I'm gonna try this. As I'm getting older😞 my skin is getting more dry .
Curious if you're interested in trying the new chanel waterfresh tint?
I’m glad I’m not the only one that abstains from applying foundation with my fingers. My brain is seriously like 🙅♀️ no! 🙅♀️ lol
Can’t handle it either!!!

I would like to apply a moisturizer with my fingers. I don't like the idea of needing a tool. Otherwise I would just use foundation.

You are beautiful! Barefaced and with makeup! Also, what do all your tattoos mean?:)
Hot isn’t the word here in Arkansas where I’m at. It’s brutal. 🥵😭 I’m drenched in sweat 5 minutes after I walk out the door.
That color is way too dark, 2.5 probably a better shade
I just think it’s too oily for me and I’m 57
What’s your go to foundation??

It looks so orange on your skin tone and makes me so nervous to ever buy this to be honest
@@ImMalloryBrooke your not the only one. I feel like everyone who has try this product has struggled with the shade.
@@loufox4954 tbh this is the only product I thought it was easy, and more forgiving if the shade is not perfect.
