Awesome introduction to generative design! Loved it.
Here is a question, why are we not seeing this technology in NASA rovers and such ? you'd think that they'd want to make components lighter
will it take away the jobs of designers?
Not likely, it just suggests alternate forms to what humans think, and it is on you to make it suitable for interaction with humans, or aesthetics. Also, Define and Explore are the two major sections that are completely in our hands.
It will if you don't learn how to use it. Designers who can will thrive and those who do not........
