19:48 - Mira does a plastic bucket with a velcro strap instead of a metal claw clip and belt like adjuster strap because it’s easier for the people in the mobility program who can sometimes have limited hand dexterity. Since all of the harnesses are made at the same factory they keep the design the same for all of them to make it easier. They used to do a metal buckle / belt strap before they started their mobility program!
20:54 - Mine now with Elton John is 12.5 inches and it’s the longest handle I’ve ever had. Bennix handle was actually 11 inches and Gallop’s was 10 max… maybe shorter!
