Clearly homeboy didn't get to experience the NBA ON NBC back in the day. Also Rodney Harrison is one of the best studio analyst to listen to on TV in the NBC studio also if anyone has boring garbage studio shows its CBS and ESPN with that same ol debate nonsense. Eventually Kenny Charles and Shaq were either going to be gone or just replaced anyways because of age. Them dudes not getting no younger
Ernie is older than all of them. If someone is replaced due to age, he would find his own replacement and let the show continue on with the other guy. You don't let go of the chemistry these guys have because of age when they're clearly reaching all age groups and demographics of people. They have a good amount of wins and nominations for Sports Emmy awards, you let that go because of age. Who's checking on their ages when they're doing good things? Why would they want to leave when they have a sweet gig and get along with one another? If Chuck hasn't been let go for some of the things he's said then they're not going to let him go for age.
@CuZzOtWaN I was talking 5 or 6 years from now I didn't say right now and trust me the TV executives look at those things nowadays. If you look at some of those guys on FOX NFL SUNDAY like Terry Bradshaw is someone who's already battled with cancer and has problems pronouncing his words and Jimmy Johnson is so old he looks like he never sleeps and only appear on doubleheader days. Do you want Chuck who's already pushing 70 ending up like that? How many more years is Kenny going to be running up to the screen with K legs???? Not for another 10 straight years. And how many more falls is Shaq going to take before he's actually seriously hurt? Don't get me wrong Inside the NBA is the GOAT and best on TV but it is not going to last forever.
