Heavy rain caused a dam to fail in central Wisconsin on Friday, July 5, according to local media, triggering evacuation orders in the town of Manawa.
This footage was posted to Facebook by locals Dave and Key Gartzke, who said it was filmed from their home in Manawa on Friday.
A flash flood emergency was issued for the town on Friday afternoon.
