Without an Interpreter (Open Caption, Audio Description)

Without an Interpreter was written and directed by Daniel Kapper during Spring 2013 to support the Northern Illinois University Disability and Accessibility Tutorial (www.niu.edu/acc.... It is one of several short videos developed by students in a media production course led by Professors Laura Vazquez and Greg Long. Without an Interpreter uses a "Twilight Zone" approach to considering accommodations. What would it be like if everyone knew and used sign language and you didn't? Who would be handicapped then?
