- Illegally Blind was written and directed by Jamie Burd during Spring 2013 to support the Northern Illinois University Disability and Accessibility Tutorial (www.niu.edu/acc.... It is one of several short videos developed by students in a media production course led by Professors Laura Vazquez and Greg Long. This particular video emphasizes disability awareness and etiquette related to blindness.
