All of the vocalist you mentioned are utter shit so of course he's going to be better. Try Chris Cornell or Maynard James Keenan. Those are just two of many that actually good vocalists, well Maynard is more of a good lyricist than a vocalist but he's still great and there are fuck tons that I can't remember off the top of my head that are better than the ones you listed. Topping the artists you mentioned aren't exactly difficult.
