Project Update : October 2020
Situated at the heart of Cagayan de Oro, Avida Towers Aspira shares the area with schools, hospitals, malls, hotels, and government institutions. The development rests close to Centrio Mall and Tower, the first of its kind in CDO, offering both commercial and residential spaces.
As of 2020, Avida Towers Aspira is still the tallest highrise residential building in Cagayan de oro city.
Tower 1 - 29 Floor, approximate height of 105meters( finished in June 2018)
Tower2- 33 Floor , approximate height of 115meters. Ongoing Construction of 17& 18 floor residential level. Expected to top-off next year.. target completion 2023

@@TripNiTonio it would be ashame if given the title that they will not implement the directives that other metro faces with , metro manila is failure in urban planning and zoning , Cebu, Davao is going to be the next failure if they keep a blind eye on each categories, and it shows on social media, CDO don't be like metro manila
@@jamesanthonyliu8976 let us not underestimate the other cities, Metro Cebu/Davao are next on the line of a trickle down effect of economy, since CDO is a 4th tier pagkatapos ng project sa Cebu/Davao, baka ang CDO ay mas higpitan ang dalwang cities, just watch out
