- Eco activists Just Stop Oil are planning to ‘occupy' MPs' homes, according to an investigation by the Mail on Sunday.
It’s part of a campaign of disruption ahead of the next general election.

Mind you, that right has not been removed - it is only a trick of the politicians. Our right to bear arms (for self-defence) is in existence and has never been rescinded, repealed or voided. It is part of Constitutional Law - Acts of Parliament are subservient - that is merely "Statute Law".
Examine the Bill of Rights 1689 - that's where you find your right to defend yourself - and it is your right forever. It is merely a confirmation of our God-given rights, nothing more.

I saw an interesting video last week. A Senate Enquiry into the so-called experts who want AMerica's energy infrastructure changed to become more green. The four experts were asked a simple question ; what percentage of the Earth's atmosphere is co2 ? They looked dumbfounded and the guesses were 4 to 7%. The Senator took pleasure in telling them that the figure was c.0.3%. And remember these are the experts who are advising the US Govt.

@@stratfordbaby we just had a case here where a woman was at home with her newborn baby and she had just recently lost her husband. Someone was trying to force their way into her home and she warned him that she had a gun and would shoot if he came in, well he forced his way in anyway and she shot him and he died. She was not found liable of anything because she warned him so she had the right to protect herself, her child and their home. Plus she was licensed to have and use the gun.

It’s one thing to get one’s hand slapped by a Magistrate for lying on a main road, and quite another to find oneself in a situation at night, lurking in an MPs back garden, when an armed Policeman has you in his sights. We have got to this point of people like this young guy thinking he has the right to stand outside or even occupy peoples homes, who have a different viewpoint of Eco issues than him and to intimidate and pressure them down simpy to the total and cowardy inaction of our Police Forces to prevent this happening. The Police already have full powers of arrest to stop people doing this under harassment and abuse Laws. They do not require any additional powers....they already have them ! But when these fools see how Dorset Police reacted to the scores of demonstrators. who recently massed outside Tobias Ellwoods home and they did absolutely nothing. Made no arrests and allowed it to happen even though numerous Laws were being broken. We need much more from our Police Forces now rather than take this ridiculous stance that they will allow the Law to be broken in front of them....but deal with it later....as they dont want to provoke the situation at the time. Ordinary, law abiding ciitizens are getting fed up with this approach.
