    If you are not sure how to use the machines or what weight is the most suitable for you, just follow the instructions in the video or ask our health professionals for further help.
    We recommend at least 3 rounds with 12 reps for beginners and if you are an improver you may try to increase the weight and focus on lower reps such as 6-8 for an effective muscle mass growth.
    Any time you feel dizzy or light-headed take a break!
