For the 2nd and 3rd alts my advice to syncing up the attacks is clicking right as the hit splat on the 1st alt is about to disappear! This helped me tremendously.

Before watching this i was struggling with a fire giant task. But then i thought to venom. I'm doing it slightly different from the video. Theres a venom plugin on runelite that shows time until next venom hit. You can time the death of the npc with your skiller at 1s remainder and you still gain the xp drop for slayer. Which means u can fully drain hp of fire giants with normal combat instead of just 1 hp brew down method. This makes it a lot faster and still works!
I skip bandits and Chaos druids and occasionally do a scorpion task instead. It's around 5 min task at the Scorpia entrance and the scorpions are spread well so difficult to die to them. Chaos ele in the other hand can 1 shot you if it wanders too close. I also did Spider tasks early on for the points at the sapphire spawn north of rev cave tele, quick task as well when shooting the lvl 2's
Might not be a bad idea, but if you do chaos druids you can easily skip bandits 24/7. They're honestly not a bad task xp/h-wise after you lose aggro, just impossible beforehand. I slaughtered them for most of 99 grind
What task? Rogues are now outdated as of the rogue chest update because of it being a Hotspot. Shouldn't really be anywhere besides like revs or rogues that you get attacked that often Maybe black knights if unlucky
