My idea for Sonic 4 is that G.U.N now having 0 trust in sonic will build the army of metal sonics, an army metal knuckles and one metal overlord to go out and capture a lot of these aliens so the world is a safe place, one they end up kidnapping is vanilla rabbit which is why Amy and Cream will go get Sonics help because of him now being known as a hero because Tail's knew about him, Metal overload would end up over throwing the G.U.N corporation and kidnap Cream which is why Shadow would get involved developing a relationship with her like he did Maria and in the end Sonic, Amy and Shadow would all go super defeat this army of robots and in the post credit seen we would see Silver and Blaze come from the future to get help from Sonic, Tali's, Knuckles, Amy, Cream and Shadow
they would have access to Knuckle's Quills from The Buyer, and they could say that they got some of Sonic's quills while they had him in a cage back in Sonic 2

I think they'll wait till 5 for this. Seems like they're already setting up Metal as Terminators coming back to kill Team Sonic. Amy comes to help him and then they can set up Silver and Blaze because they think Sonic is behind the Metals.
I have 2 theories is Metal Sonic was activated for if something happened to Robotnik but it became self aware (thus Neo Metal Sonic) maybe with the help of Stone, GUN, Sonic and Co have to figure out how to stop him as the entire world is endanger once again and Amy came due to a prediction from her tarot cards maybe by the end of the movie or post credits we find out Robotnik is alive and well plotting (this Carrey comes back for Sonic 5) 2nd theory GUN developed Metal Sonic as a way to keep Sonic in check if he was to ever go rouge and with Commander Walters being dead, Rockwell is promoted to commander and sends Metal Sonic after Sonic being she never really trusted him in the first place, but Metal Sonic becomes self aware and becomes a global threat so GUN has no choice but to trust Sonic to stop him thus gaining Rockwell's trust in Sonic by the end of the movie

However, I have a feeling that it’ll be drastically different from the original game. It’s probably because this version came from a meteor, which makes me think that Black Doom probably created Shadow without any help (unlike the games) and that Shadow probably was a scout for Black Doom this entire time. I also have the feeling that Shadow will probably be manipulated into an even worse situation than what happened in the game because of him coming from a meteor, and that Gerald wasn’t the one that created him: probably leaving him to fend for himself in the upcoming Black Arms event. I also have the feelings that Gerald probably didn’t leave the note for Shadow to make the right judgement on the Black Arms, which might make things even worse. As for Sonic 4, it would most likely be based on CD and/or Heroes due to the fact that Metal Sonic and Amy is in the next plot. Also, the fact that Shadow survived paves way for a more Heroes like situation where Team Dark (Rouge, Shadow and Omega) can technically get involved. Finally, rumors has it that season two of the Knuckles tv series will have the Chaotix (Victor, Espio, and Charmy) in it. As a result, it could very well go towards a more Heroes adaptation rather than CD.

Here’s my plot: Sonic gets attacked by Silver, with Metal Sonic and Amy with partly Sonic CD story, the whole Mephiles story, Sonic, Tails, Knuckles, Amy and Silver beat Mephiles with an army of Metal Sonics. Then in the post credit scene, we see Shadow showing back up to sonic with Rouge and Omega and the second post credit scene shows Robotnik back and teaming up with Chaos
I guessing Sonic 4 will have Team Sonic go back to their home planet to help Amy. And if Robotnik/Eggman isn’t coming back then the main antagonist will probably be Dark Arms, or Mephiles.
I think the entrance of the movie will start with silver coming out a portal looking for the ibis trigger just like in sonic o6. Then the title screen opens to sonic running around the town like he always does. Sonic suddenly runs to the forest at night , the exact place where he was in the post credits , fights metal sonic and meets Amy rose ( im skip her for the rest of the story ) Sonic thanks Amy for saving him and continues running back home. The next day silver is still looking for the iblis trigger and tracks him using his powers of telekinesis , the iblis trigger was revealed to be Sonic and silver goes full speed while tracking him. The next day sonic wakes up and is warned by tails about silver. Team sonic heads out to stop him and just like sonic 3 , they get destroyed while silver is more focused on sonic than the others. Sonic does one more spin dash at silver but silver is able to block it with again , telekinesis. Silver steps on sonic laying on the ground and starts to blow the finishing movie and then tails shoots him eventually silver comes out on top.

Literally, just look at the add-ons that ATARI got. Looking at how Sonic Movie 3 is based off Sonic Adventure 2, the 2001 video game, it makes the most sense to go forwards in time and have Sonic Movie 4 focus on the "TEAM" aspect. And many fans will know what I meant with TEAM. Sonic Movie 4's plot will most likely be based off the 2003 video game titled Sonic Heroes, the game that MANY fans nowadays want to see it get a remaster or a remake which knowing SEGA, they will most likely get onto that... hopefully that game is a bit easier to play in the remake because damn... you have to play ALL 4 TEAMS to unlock the Finale which is pretty much 4 long games in one with different characters. The 4 Teams are as followed; Team Sonic (Sonic The Hedgehog, Miles "Tails" Prower & Knuckles The Echidna), Team Rose (Amy Rose, Cream The Rabbit & Big The Cat), Team Dark (Shadow The Hedgehog, Rouge The Bat & E-123 Omega) and finally Team Chaotix (Vector The Crocodile, Espio The Chameleon & Charmy Bee). The plot in Sonic Heroes is quite a mess but simply say... they each have to explore the levels and reach the end to defeat what they think is the final boss. Turns out, after they all each defeated their "final bosses", Metal Sonic ends up being the big bad and transforms into Neo Metal Sonic who can actually talk and declares him as the ruler of all living things. Metal Sonic betrayed his creator and was using all 4 teams as data. He combines the debris from the Egg Fleet as well as data from Big's frog named Froggy and Cheese the Chao's friend Chocola and transforms into the big bad named Metal Madness which after a while becomes Metal Overlord. Team Sonic all used the power of the Chaos Emeralds to become Super form and defeat Metal Overlord. Sonic Heroes can be quite of a mess, but I can see quite a bit of the plot be redone and stripped down for Sonic Movie 4. But to make things clear, Neo Metal Sonic is the big baddie and is taking over the world with his clones. I can see Dr. Eggman be there, but can easily be reworked if Jim Carrey decides to not return. If it ends up with him returing, expect to see another ambiguous ending like we had with all of the Sonic Movies. Knowing Paramount, they wanted Big The Cat in Sonic Movie 3 at some point but wrote him out... so I can see Big The Cat make an appearance alongside all of the other members and teams of Sonic Heroes. That means without any new series between Sonic Movie 3 and 4, it means that there'll be 7 new characters (8 if Cheese the Chao is a thing which might not be happening). From what I heard, there is a rumor floating around that there'll be a spin-off before Sonic Movie 4 that will be focused on Team Chaotix (Vector The Crocodile, Espio The Chameleon & Charmy Bee), so we can knock it down to 4 new characters for Sonic Movie 4. There is also the likelihood of a Shadow spin-off, but I have a feeling it makes sense for it to be after Sonic Movie 4 rather than before since I can see his origins of his creation being the focus since after Sonic Heroes video game, Shadow got his own spin-off video game in 2005 which practically reused assets and controls of Sonic Heroes. No surprise, I think the best character to appear in a post credit scene for Sonic Movie 4 will definitely be Silver The Hedgehog since he's from Sonic The Hedgehog 2006 - it does have time travel and is quite infamous for a lot of things. The 2000s was pretty much Sonic's Experimental Era/Sonic's Dark Era where the games got a lot more random in the plot and varying levels of execution in the gameplay. Thankfully we fans have grown to appreciate this era of Sonic's history and SEGA is starting to be more open about it compare to previously where they want to not talk about it. If you don't believe me, a lot of people are now requesting Sonic Heroes, Sonic '06, Sonic Riders, and Sonic Unleashed to be given modern remasters or remakes for the current consoles. If you are asking me what I am looking forward to the most when it comes to live action Sonic Movies or Series, it is definitely going to be the upcoming one that we heard rumors of recently and that is the one based of Team Chaotix. This team is consisted of Vector The Crocodile, Espio The Chameleon and Charmy Bee. These 3 have debuted in a spin-off game that was made in 1995 titled Knuckles' Chaotix. These 3 are pretty much detectives and formed the Chaotix Detective Agency, ready for any sort of gig they can get so they can go sleuthing for clues. It makes a lot of sense why Paramount would want to look into it since they were going to be part of the Knuckles series but was cut. I can see these 3 fit well with or without the need of Knuckles The Echidna and would work perfectly well as a lead up to Sonic Movie 4 if that movie is going to be based off Sonic Heroes. Knuckles' Chaotix was released after Sonic 3 & Knuckles and its plot is pretty simple. Island pops up out of nowhere with an inscription of a lost civilization on it. Dr Eggman investigated it, found Chaos Rings and looked into the Giant Ring which can guide him to where the Master Emerald is found. Eggman transformed the island into a carnival and traps Team Chaotix. Knuckles notices the island been taken over by Eggman, investigates it, finds the Chaotix, freed them and collect the 6 Chaos Rings to defeat Dr Eggman and Metal Sonic. I definitely do not see the Chaotix series being based off that spin-off game. I see the series being more like a funny cop detective series.

Looking at how Sonic Movie 3 is based off Sonic Adventure 2, the 2001 video game, it makes the most sense to go forwards in time and have Sonic Movie 4 focus on the "TEAM" aspect. And many fans will know what I meant with TEAM. Sonic Movie 4's plot will most likely be based off the 2003 video game titled Sonic Heroes, the game that MANY fans nowadays want to see it get a remaster or a remake which knowing SEGA, they will most likely get onto that... hopefully that game is a bit easier to play in the remake because damn... you have to play ALL 4 TEAMS to unlock the Finale which is pretty much 4 long games in one with different characters. The 4 Teams are as followed; Team Sonic (Sonic The Hedgehog, Miles "Tails" Prower & Knuckles The Echidna), Team Rose (Amy Rose, Cream The Rabbit & Big The Cat), Team Dark (Shadow The Hedgehog, Rouge The Bat & E-123 Omega) and finally Team Chaotix (Vector The Crocodile, Espio The Chameleon & Charmy Bee). The plot in Sonic Heroes is quite a mess but simply say... they each have to explore the levels and reach the end to defeat what they think is the final boss. Turns out, after they all each defeated their "final bosses", Metal Sonic ends up being the big bad and transforms into Neo Metal Sonic who can actually talk and declares him as the ruler of all living things. Metal Sonic betrayed his creator and was using all 4 teams as data. He combines the debris from the Egg Fleet as well as data from Big's frog named Froggy and Cheese the Chao's friend Chocola and transforms into the big bad named Metal Madness which after a while becomes Metal Overlord. Team Sonic all used the power of the Chaos Emeralds to become Super form and defeat Metal Overlord.
Sonic Heroes can be quite of a mess, but I can see quite a bit of the plot be redone and stripped down for Sonic Movie 4. But to make things clear, Neo Metal Sonic is the big baddie and is taking over the world with his clones. I can see Dr. Eggman be there, but can easily be reworked if Jim Carrey decides to not return. If it ends up with him returing, expect to see another ambiguous ending like we had with all of the Sonic Movies. Knowing Paramount, they wanted Big The Cat in Sonic Movie 3 at some point but wrote him out... so I can see Big The Cat make an appearance alongside all of the other members and teams of Sonic Heroes. That means without any new series between Sonic Movie 3 and 4, it means that there'll be 7 new characters (8 if Cheese the Chao is a thing which might not be happening). From what I heard, there is a rumor floating around that there'll be a spin-off before Sonic Movie 4 that will be focused on Team Chaotix (Vector The Crocodile, Espio The Chameleon & Charmy Bee), so we can knock it down to 4 new characters for Sonic Movie 4. There is also the likelihood of a Shadow spin-off, but I have a feeling it makes sense for it to be after Sonic Movie 4 rather than before since I can see his origins of his creation being the focus since after Sonic Heroes video game, Shadow got his own spin-off video game in 2005 which practically reused assets and controls of Sonic Heroes. No surprise, I think the best character to appear in a post credit scene for Sonic Movie 4 will definitely be Silver The Hedgehog since he's from Sonic The Hedgehog 2006 - it does have time travel and is quite infamous for a lot of things. The 2000s was pretty much Sonic's Experimental Era/Sonic's Dark Era where the games got a lot more random in the plot and varying levels of execution in the gameplay. Thankfully we fans have grown to appreciate this era of Sonic's history and SEGA is starting to be more open about it compare to previously where they want to not talk about it. If you don't believe me, a lot of people are now requesting Sonic Heroes, Sonic '06, Sonic Riders, and Sonic Unleashed to be given modern remasters or remakes for the current consoles.
If you are asking me what I am looking forward to the most when it comes to live action Sonic Movies or Series, it is definitely going to be the upcoming one that we heard rumors of recently and that is the one based of Team Chaotix. This team is consisted of Vector The Crocodile, Espio The Chameleon and Charmy Bee. These 3 have debuted in a spin-off game that was made in 1995 titled Knuckles' Chaotix. These 3 are pretty much detectives and formed the Chaotix Detective Agency, ready for any sort of gig they can get so they can go sleuthing for clues. It makes a lot of sense why Paramount would want to look into it since they were going to be part of the Knuckles series but was cut. I can see these 3 fit well with or without the need of Knuckles The Echidna and would work perfectly well as a lead up to Sonic Movie 4 if that movie is going to be based off Sonic Heroes. Knuckles' Chaotix was released after Sonic 3 & Knuckles and its plot is pretty simple. Island pops up out of nowhere with an inscription of a lost civilization on it. Dr Eggman investigated it, found Chaos Rings and looked into the Giant Ring which can guide him to where the Master Emerald is found. Eggman transformed the island into a carnival and traps Team Chaotix. Knuckles notices the island been taken over by Eggman, investigates it, finds the Chaotix, freed them and collect the 6 Chaos Rings to defeat Dr Eggman and Metal Sonic. I definitely do not see the Chaotix series being based off that spin-off game. I see the series being more like a funny cop detective series.
