Really magnificent presentation of dance programme. Absolutely beautiful and enchanting performance by the students and faculties of Shantiniketan. Wonderfully obsessive programme. When I was very young aged in 1978 then once went to this great place Shantiniketan at that time I had seen such beautiful magnificent dance and songs programme. Then I was 14 years old but those programmes of that time still fresh in my mind. Those days were Poush Mela days not any Convocation programme. Those days the Poush Mela ran for fifteen days or more. We stayed there for long time. Then the surrounding areas of Shantiniketan was uncongested even I can remember that there was a big pond in the middle of the field where the Poush Mela sets today perhaps. I may be wrong. However, this programme is exclusively mind soothing and magnificently mind freshing. My heartful congratulations to all of the students and faculties and other who associated with this programme. Truly blessed programme of Shantiniketan.

l am78yr old ,seen many things about shantiniketan,in our early life we used to jokingly say in shantiniketan style এই গরু সরে দাঁড়া, ফুল ছুড়ে মারবো,Later on when i visited during pousmela,widespread usage of alcohol among students patronised by their visitor friends,not to elaborate further,this was not tagore's idea.Present VC rightly pointed out these indisciplined acts for regaining its glory.
