The NVK is solid too the only draw back is how absolutely horrid the reload speed is, if they buffed it to eventually unlock a magazine attachment it’d the best hands down

Yesssssssss thank you. I spent a month using it, and it's my primary.
I use this with Blasco for CQB objective gameplay. Motion sensor, her disruptive thingymagic. 12m auto and the magnum type pistol for long range targets. 1 shot headshot secondary. It's not very good for general gameplay, but if you're playing an objective mode and really struggling with one point, this is a go-to switch that will infuriate any infintary. Especially because she has the spawn beacon thing. If you've got a squad defending an objective, pop that down nearby. You've got 4 pops at a squad wipe in CQB with the 12m Auto before negative ticket displacement. It's really efficient.
Have you tried the slug rounds for it? You have to be more accurate but it's a 1 to 2 shot kill up to about 300m lol
@@damienmcdonald7610 yeah but the slugs are about as accurate as a toddler it a baseball because of how slow they fire, I swear they shoot out a bit random too ngl
That could just be me and how I’m use to BFV type slugs and bf42 snipers
@@faded1887 the velocity is slow but I only really use them on campers at long range, the main shotgun I used in bfv was the M30 drilling. Obviously you were restricted to 2 12 guage shells and one 7.62 sniper round before reloading but it was awesome plus the sniper shot was a beast. I don't remember there being any slug shotguns in that game at least not on the 12g auto or the other one 60% of players operation underground used. Was it on the 1887?

Started playing 2042 today and I’m loving it. However I didn’t realize there were ai in the conquest maps..do lobbies just not get filled or what? I was on 32 player mode
sometimes it takes a while to fill especially depending on the gamemode/playlist that you play, also make sure you have crossplay on
In South Africa we host portal servers with no modifications. Thus the servers are basically official game experiences but the nice thing is you can turn off AI and Portal acts as a Server Browser which is not available for the Official Game Experiences.
We had to do this due to the player base dying out right after lauch in 2021 and we kept this tradition. Now there are daily at least 2 and sometimes 3 128 servers up and running in peak hours in our region. All through Portal.

What the devs did was allow temporary ai to fill a lobby so that no one has to wait extended periods for games to start. Then while game is carrying out the lobby will finish adding in actual humans. Consider it easy warm up kills that count to toward weapon /attachment unlocks lol.

How do you find these console only lobbies? Every time I turn cross play off, I never find any games

The spawns in bf2042 are by far the worst in any online shooter i've ever played. Which when you consider the size of the maps is a colossal fuck up on Dice's part.

It’s been around for a while, the NVK shotgun is great too it’s reload speed is horrible though, but it gets like 20 rounds and fires as fast as you click/pull the trigger

Am I the only lost soul that uses the crossbow? Didn't see one guy with it. I had fun with the game but this new grenade launcher +that new 3 shot gun its over.. you die in a flash. The explosive kills you ignoring cover (not even a tank shell do that). Like bro we have enough explosive shit in the game. We need more normal weapons that are not completely garbage. 2042 is fun, but light years away from beeing balanced.
Why hardcore server in portal are all gone ? They aren't blacklisted like some old server to get fast xp in helicopter

RM68 i would say, it has far shorter TTK and if you use it like a DMR, it's like BSV.

Mass majority of the Console player base have no idea how to efficiently spawn and defend and controle with game modes with so many players. Even 10 years ago playing planetside 2 there was no issue with bumping into streams of green clueless oponents. These console players (majority not all) are like they play through a letterbox. I play 2043 on sereis x myself and I find thst 80% of the players I find challenging or better thsn myself are on pc. It's a case of when me and my friend on series x get paired with 2 other console players we end up carrying them or just end up playing asif they was not there as they cant even play there role within a team never mind challenging the opposition that are presuring the squad or team.

Isn't this the shotgun that's been in game a while now? I've always used the 12g auto
