Hmm, I'm presuming the handbrake is on and it's in park? You've checked for low fluid/leaks in the boot/trunk? Sometimes mine will get stuck as the back cover panel lifts up for the roof, almost as if it's sticking to the rear headrests (which I must clean, that should fix it for me). I just press "open" a second time and it continues to open. Other than that, I don't have a lot of expertise..
Had a red year 2000 Megane monaco convertible loved it ,kept if 14 years ,always regretted getting rid of it .
