You can’t magically hack into to it lol. Cash app is owned by square a credit card processing company. The only way someone is getting in is by your own fault.

I gave this card to my kid in the event of an emergency, and it's working out nicely. If you put enough money on this card, then it can allow your kid to spend a little money while still having some cash on hand in case of an emergency. You never know when your kid has to take an Uber or a Lyft home because they're stuck somewhere. When it comes to things like that, this card is great. I needed a way to give my kid money when I wasn't around and now he has this card and I can load it in real time by using the app - everyone is happy!

You can add cash to the cash card by adding your bank or a bank's debit card. It's charges no fee but if you use a credit card it will charge a fee.

Toxic edits Couldn’t figure out how to scan it and used it a got the Declined because it wasn’t activated obviously. it’s signed me out of my Cash app, and now I can’t sign back into it. it’s so annoying no customer service number either computer generated email responses is horrible

I tried to pay for my gas at Loves travel stop ant transaction is declined because there was wrong expiration day and cvv code. Really? There is not even option to enter that info on fuel pump. Somebody had same issues?
Don't swipe it but stick the chip
Need to pay for gas inside. If u pay at pump they will put a hold on money ($100) until payment can be verified could take weeks before hold is lifted

Lujayn you can use it wherever accepts Visa cards and debit cards ( Costco only accepts debit and visa credit cards not sure if there is other locations that does anything similar)

Yes it can be used online if u have money on it . I ordered stuff on eBay & it came . you can make different cards but you can't use the same name or social security number

Google pay is better it's totally free same day. They had the card first with Google wallet and you could withdraw the cash too. Worked great on iPhone and Android I wish they would bring that back

No you just load money from the Square Cash app. But yes you can order the card first.

I got the card but I didn't use it yet! Scenario: if your at a restaurant or gas station does the card have a PIN number (4 digit code) you have to plug in? Or is it just swipe and go cause I want to use it for my Xbox to buy games and go out to the movies

Whoa! My biggest spending offender is eating out. It would be awesome to put a certain amount of money on this card each month and only use it for eating out. Then I can have a hard limit on what I spend eating out each month.
That’s a smart idea! My parents do that with cash but I like using a card much better lol I feel ya on the food spending haha it will be our demise.
I actually use the card specifically for spending and keep my money for rent and etc on my chase account
