Sir apne counter buffer k bare me wrong information diya h counter weight spring buffer me tb hi rest leta h jb cabin hmara top floor k level se up ho jata h or usse or uper nhi jane k liye ye buffer lgaya ja ta h
Agr counter weight spring buffer pr rest ho jayega its means lift run nhi kr payega fir jb tk car ko down nha kro kyu ki top floor me limit switch cut ho jati h yhi karan se run nhi hogi

As you told us the lift speed is 2 m/s and what will be the speed for tallest building (like Burj Khalifa building Dubai).
