Le Scoot is easily the best log flume I've ever ridden and it's one of the oldest rides in the park. I no longer care much for riding water rides because I hate feeling soaked to the skin for the next couple of hours but I still appreciate this one.
I'm actually a huge fan of log flumes, and I don't know why. Sure, it's a peaceful ride for a few minutes until you realize, right before the final drop, that you're going to be dealing with chaffing and wet socks for the rest of the day. Yet, I still can't get enough of them.
😂 Yes, managed to avoid a camera soaking on this occasion, it was a pure fluke though! Don't usually leave that much intro footage, but left it in as it looked pretty decent😉
@@XtremeCoasters When in was there in 87 it had a bigger second drop, but all sorts of trash collected at the bottom of it. The lights had "hats" along the track like those at caribou station. That ax and rope in house B4 drop are new. Was a wooded area tool. Water dropped onto the Eagles nest ball pit, put punching bag room and bouncing mat Children s play area. Old Flume ride was a great on.e. when the 1st. drop was changed, supports there changed too. Mid 90s early 90s I think. Used to be louder on lift hill.
@@cjones3710 the course hasn't changed at all since it was built. I'm sorry but you must be thinking of a different flume ride. I've been riding this since 1978 and the only change they've made is to install the warning speakers, adding the ax and rope theming and build other rides around it. But the first drop is the same as it ever was.
When I was nine I went here I was crying before I went on it. I was terrified I’ve been on the log flume and more so I think what got Me was there was 2 drops and I wasn’t strapped in. I did the I invator(not sure if that was right ) And I was laughing and screaming and I was scared of this😂😂😂
Dude. It's a log flume, not a roller coaster. Flumes aren't meant to be over the top, it's a tube with minimal theming, water, a log, and a few small drops.

It's a great attraction, we really enjoyed it too 🙂

We love them too 😁
I love them too. If they are just going to be out in the open I prefer them nestled in the trees vs just standing in the middle of a field or lot.
That was great - thanks for posting!
Thank you. And thanks for watching 🙂
Superb capture - you avoided getting the camera wet! I see what you did in the intro ;)

Is that Alpengeist we see on the side?
Correct. The white inverted coaster is Alpengeist 🙂
Yep that's the back half of Alpengeist and the course of the flume actually goes under InvadR.
Great video
Thank you, Glad you enjoyed it :)
I love places like this cool 😘
It's a stunning park, one of our favourites 🙂
Woah they changed this so much. Much dif than it was even back in mid 2000s.
We didn't get to ride it back then, but really enjoyed our recent ride on it.

I did this with my friend today and it was really fun
Log flumes are getting rarer and rarer at parks now. We love them 🙂

Bush Gardens' own version of Splash Mountain.
Indeed! With slightly less theming.
cool 😎
Thanks 🙂
@@XtremeCoasters No Problem :)
2.07 paura!
😂
Man that looks boring
It really wasn't. Guess if you don't like log flumes, you're not going to enjoy it.

@@patkmulderigand one larger one
Well then don't go on it. There will be one less person in line on a hot day.
