    You need the 8 wheel drive assist where you go to get timber. In that mud, a regular size log truck would never get through it.

    Maybe when I get a little older I might try something like this. But as of right now I gust take small loads to keep it moving. Its definitely quite the unit...

    You rock - that sure fixes your need to load and unload the logs to the logosal mill. Especially given the terrain of the land you have. What a great set-up and congratulations my friend. How is the drying kiln coming along. I'm still air drying my lumber and should be ready this fall for a kiln. Still thinking through that.

    Thank you, very nice, interesting and relaxing video to watch. Only thing I would change is the music, sounds like elevator music to me, but otherwise a great video !

    Wish we had these trailers here in the states. Pricey I'm sure but sure beats dragging them. I would be worried about how much it pushes you down hills when loaded which we have a lot of and steeper.

      @@Projectoftheday Nice to hear. A lot of people say negative things about these chinese hydraulic trailers without having owned one.
      I am looking at buying one for myself so getting some feedback is very good.
      Takk for svar!

      A Swedish-made Avesta or Kranman man is clearly better. But it is outside my budget. I am very happy with my trailer and had very little problems with it. Wish the drive would be a bit stronger and then is gripped really bad so recommend upgrading it. The feet on the outriggers are a bit crooked and some grease fittings have broken. Otherwise, i don't think there's anything that's broken on it.

      @@Projectoftheday I am in the same position and completely agree. I have no income from my adventures in forestry. But I do save some money on firewood and soon on materials. I would like very much to have an Avesta or Kranman, but I can not defend spending so much more money.
      Broken grease fittings is a good sign. Means that the equipment is ment to be maintained - and that it is used :-)

    Is the back springs stock or have you done some modifications? I got a kellfri connected to my sportsman 570. But it is way to heavy

      My springs are stock, but something a bit harder would be nice. It's no modes on it

    I think your engine up front needs adj. sounds like it's surging

    • @Projectoftheday
      @Projectoftheday  6 років тому

      is a cheap solution for rpm limitation. The engine always runs at full throttle, then when it is not loaded, the rpm limitation jumps in and makes it sound strange

    Går nog inte lika lätt med fullt lass, 5 lätta bitar är ju ingenting, föredrar nog min Avestavagn där kan man lasta fullt o driften orkar ändå..
