These types of blogs are always so fun to watch. Thanks for making them. Glad you and Leo are enjoying your time on vacation from university. You mentioned in a prior video that Leo was recovering from an injury so is he back home with you now? How’s he been doing getting back into working? You must be glad to have him back with you again.

I’m so glad you’re enjoying them! Leo is back home living with me and slowly getting back into work. We’re taking things easy and we’ve definitely found some areas to work on but I’m really proud of Leo and can’t even begin to explain how happy I am to have him by my side ❤️

the puppy in a trolly..... I understand dogs are not supposed to be in trollys or shopping carts but ill give the puppy (Only if it was well behaved) a pass considering it could possibly have been a well intentioned but under informed person trying to socialize their dog for future service work. I know in my area in the USA Puppies in training might be in a pet stroller and not a cart so depending on how the puppy was acting it might have been an under educated handler. But I agree the likley hood of it being a pet is a bit higher. also thank you for explaining its the dogs health and safety we are concerned about. not just for our SD's but also the pets. Stores are very stressful and potentially dangerous places for untrained pets. Thats why us handlers put so many hours into not just task training but safety training.

It can definitely be a case-by-case situation, unfortunately it’s something that people take advantage of quite a bit. It’s super important to just be respectful of the work that SDs do ❤️
