So, Mega man was impaled, and Mario had his skull crushed.
Two of the biggest heroes down in less than a minute, and completely silent. That's either terrifying or impressive.
Pretty much both, though Link exploded after being striked by Ridley. Wow, who knew Smash bros could be this dark.
People forget Samus is one of the toughest Nintendo characters as she has to deal with *that thing* in a regular basis.
Let's hope Megaman and Mario have a extra-Life left.

This perfectly captures just how sadistic Ridley is. The way he spins Mario's cap on his claw is like how he taunted Samus in the manga with how he ate the bodies of the people on K2-L to regenerate.

A nice little detail of Ridley’s intelligence is that he doesn’t strike until everyone looks away from him.

One thing I never kind of comprehend with Ridley: Is he supposed to be the leader of the space pirates? The space pirates looks like a intelligent bunch of creatures, wearing armor, fireweapons and fly spaceships. While Ridley looks like a savage beast.

Metroid does take heavy inspiration from Alien, even Ridley was named after a certain filmmaker.

When I see the trailer by myself, I hear more sounds in the trailer that I don't normally hear during a reaction. Because in a reaction, there is constant obnoxious screaming.
So it is interesting to hear new sounds when hearing the trailer by myself. It is also weird to hear it without people screaming. lol.
