    Right before your headlight restoration video, I bought a headlight restoration kit and needed a video for that, I literally just ordered an extractor and drill brushes and they came a few days ago, your posting is creepily helpful, keep up the good work man you’ve really been helping me!

    That’s little machine does the job , I use it for my detail business and it works just fine. No need to spend 600-1400$ on an extractor. You want something stronger just build your own

    • @detailingbeyondlimits
      @detailingbeyondlimits  Рік тому +1

      Thank you and yes that’s correct! You want to do it before or you can also do it after cleaning the interior as long as you cover the surroundings. It’s pretty much preference based, hope that helps!

    • @detailingbeyondlimits
      @detailingbeyondlimits  Рік тому

      Daniel thank you! We actually do not, only room temperature water, if we ever happen to need heat (which isn’t too often) we’ll pull out our steamer and use both to work on the seats. Hope that helps :)

    I have a question. Lets say the customer want the shampoo extraction service and a full interior detail. Do i do the extraction first or do i clean the other parts of the interior first? Let me know please

    • @detailingbeyondlimits
      @detailingbeyondlimits  10 місяців тому +1

      It could honestly depend on every vehicle you’re working with and it’s condition but you could do the interior first and follow up with the extraction afterwards, since at this point you’ve vacuumed all of the debris off the upholstery and you can start shampooing, just be aware of any splattering of your chemical going all over the interior, be vigilant and wipe it down afterwards. Hope that helps!

    What brand drill brush attachment is that?

  • @jingowilliamsbuyinza3103
    @jingowilliamsbuyinza3103 Рік тому +1

    Hey Randy, is that the ordinary drill? Also, is the extractor-less method as effecient as the one where you use the extractor mainly on bright colored fabric seats? Thanks alot for these though🤗

    • @detailingbeyondlimits
      @detailingbeyondlimits  Рік тому +2

      Hey! We are actually using an impact driver as opposed to an actual drill here, I’d still recommend only a drill and not a driver like we are using, also, an extractor will almost always be the best option to get the best possible results and get the job done properly. Hope that helps!

      Hey Ricardo, not too sure what you may be asking but normally we just clean out the tank and pour out all the gunk that was removed from the seats at the end of the detail. Hope that helps! 👍🏻

      A shop vac could suck up water but wouldn’t provide the same results as an actual extractor, there are however videos up on UA-cam on how to make your own hose/attachment in order to convert your shop vac into an extractor if you wish to a look into that!
