Hi mate I was out the day before tried shrimp and trawl at swimming area no luck had plastics i should have tried them was great advice re/ black grub set if i go half as well as you this week i will be wrapped great to see a down to earth and realistic approach with your video all the best take care
Hi Francis - can't go wrong with plastics, but I would strongly suggest the gulp grabs as they are scented in liquid in the pack. Make sure you get the ones in the red packs, don't stress too much over the jig heads, any brand will do. Also, a red hot tip is the Peppered Prawns Gulp Grab, an excellent colour that the Reddies love. Check out my Facebook page as I have a video on there catching them on the peppered Prawn last Wednesday. The reason I like using the black ones - the Yellas love them, so a good chance of picking up a Yella when targeting the Reddies... Thanks so much for your comment, feedback and support. Thanks a Million, Grazza - a humble Fisherman. If you have any questions, fire them at me, good Luck!!
Nice, went out yesterday arvo and got 60 or so. In 1.5m of water in among little saplings. They were so hungry I could basically drop a plastic and sit it there and they’d take it, few 30cm mark but heaps of small ones
Hi Devin - yes a good time to be out there when their so aggressive. It's a matter of continuing to work through the smaller ones until you find a fewer bigger 30+ fish. Good Fun. Thanks for tuning in and your support.
I went fishing out at Eppalock not to long ago. Used some minnow soft plastics on the bank. Saw a little Redfin chase it in. Unfortunately it didn’t wanna hit
Hi Grazza! Love the vid mate! Got me really looking forward to my next trip to Eppalock. Great tip about the stinger. What size hook do you use for it? Thanks!
Cheers for the feedback. Yes, a size 4 hook on the stinger. Just been out this afternoon and caught a heap - thier still firing. Thanks for tuning in and for your comment. Grazza🐟
Hi Larry - yes good to be back out amongst them. Great little session, been some time since Ive had a session on the Reddies like this for some time. Thanks again for your support.
Looks like at great bag of reddies. Did this happen to be filmed on Monday? If so I must have just missed you as the boat ramp was where I caught my reddies on spinnerbaits in my latest vid earlier in the morning

Much appreciated Bud. Plenty of small ones but manage to find some larger ones👍
