The BIGGEST regretful decision we've made during this trip was not bringing a box of donuts home!😭 They were so good! Has anyone been to Portland? Have you tried some of these donut shops?🍩
This video is so well done! I have been combing UA-cam for Portland travel videos in preparation for my trip, and this is the best one because you sew together multiple shots, including the google maps and aerial views, so it gives us an instant introduction and overview for each area. Thank you thank you thank you!
We’re glad it was helpful! And honestly these types of comments are what keeps us motivated to add in those extra information and go the extra mile on every video that we make😊 Thank you for the heart filling feedback💕💯
Thanks nice & fun video.. Heading to Portland Soon Staying 1-3months every where and hopefully touring other US States . Am nervous coz of crimes and others negative feedback/comments so have to watch as many Oregon/US Videos youtube has to offer .
That’s the dream! Super excited for you on that 1-3 month tour of the US!🇺🇸 Totally agree on spending the extra time to do the research and pick safe places when you travel. You also discover small hidden gems that way 💎
Hey Nat & Max, Your video was posted on UA-cam a year ago, I think your baby would almost be 9 months old now! I am from Melbourne Australia and am planning to visit Vancouver BC (my 2nd) in September 2024, part of my itinerary is to drive from Vancouver BC to Portland Oregon, pretty much taking the same route as both of you did back in September of 2023. Would you be kind enough to provide me with a short list of places I could visit In Portland. I will be spending 4D/3N in that city. Thanks Mike
Voodoo and blue star are not as good as pips. That's why pips had such a huge line. Voodoo donuts look fun but don't taste good and blue star is just too expensive ($4+ for a donut)

Headed to Portland again in a couple days and donuts are definitely on the agenda. What a wonderful thing for a city to be known for….donuts!

You both really know how to find your locations! These are some awesome stuffs in Portland! So cool and vibrant! And donuts, donuts everywhere haha!
Thanks for watching! We really wanted to stay longer because there are lots more we haven't visited. But that'll be more of a reason to come back 🙂
When I lived up there, I lived in Vancouver, Washington and we called it the "Couve".
god i live in Vancouver and people still call it that sometimes
Great tips! Going to be visiting in July and will be sure to go to Voodoo donuts!
Glad to help!😊 Enjoy you trip and make sure you get and extra box of Voodoo on your way home😄
What it looks like to me is that y'all ALSO have a meal-stomach and a dessert-stomach like most people!
Also I loved Max's skirt!
Haha we just couldn’t help it! Our little one would probably inherit those two stomachs😂
Thank you!❤️❤️
You guys are soooooo cute 🥺and those doughnuts are HUGE. Must try 😋

That Voodoo Donuts is not a branch - it’s a Portland Original! 😜
Haha we weren’t sure if this was the original first store😄 thanks for clarifying!
well done! FYI Voodo Donuts too was founded in Portland as well. SO is Doe Donuts, try them next time.
Thank you! We have more reasons to come back!🙌
Underrated channel!
Appreciating the love! ❤️
Portland is on my travel list… hopefully I can visit soon
Make sure to try the donuts! Favorite part of our trip😄🍩
@@NatandMax You should film a doughnut showdown in Vancouver! Some of the famous ones + my favourites are Lees, Honey’s, Lucky’s and Mello
We have at one point!😄 it was back 2 years ago or so.. we made it to 5 donut shops and called it too much sugar for a day😂
@@NatandMax I’ll go back and watch it!

Nice video
Thank you!😊
Vancouver (not BC), Washington (not DC), Clark county (not Las Vegas, NV), near Portland, OR (not Maine).....
literally, as a local it’s an uphill battle to explain where I live
How's the parking?
It was okay🙂 It was a bit challenging closer to downtown but the surrounding areas we’ve always found parking easily.

Best things to do in Portland:
1. Step on a needle
2. Avoid eye-contact with homeless people
3. Ride the trains with panhandlers
4. Leave
Mexican food in PDX completely sucks.
Avoid downtown
