What an amazing piece. It has such a depth and this natural dynamic evolving quality! It is so musical, and it doesn’t necessarily feel anything like electronic music
Thank you for your comment and I am very happy that you liked it😀 I prefer playing LYRA8 outdoors than indoors.Even when I'm alone, I feel like there's a lot of audience in nature.
Very impressive, especially at the seemingly smooth transition starting at 11:00. You really take the Lyra-8, starting at a "tuned" composition, and then, while keeping control, enter a more abstract territory. Absolutely fabulous to watch and listen to.
Thank you for listening carefully and lovely comment ! Lyra-8 is difficult to control, but I think that's why it plays a wonderful harmony. Its harmony is similar to ancient Japanese court music "Gagaku".
Thank you for your lovely comment! This place is next to my house.🌳 I think Lyra is an abstract instrument and difficult to control, but the design concept and sound are great❗
Thank you so much! I used a portable power supply for power. I didn't use a DAW for this video, just LYRA-8 and ZOOM MS-70CDR. That is connected to the camera's line-in.
@@KazuyoshiFujimura ohh, niceee! Didn't knew that you can use a recorder with it. But how are you hearing what you're playing then? :) Or you had headphones on when you recorded this?
Uuuh I have that pedal too! Green Lyra, however, is not possible🤣! I don't own one, but I think it's one of those synths that will always amaze and always have something to say!
@@ANEVERENDINGEXPLOSION I'm using a P302 from the brand EENOUR. The presence of multiple power outlets and USB charging ports was the deciding factor for me. Plus, it was on sale and affordable! :) You try it and have a great time😀

Very good jam 👍

Awesome! How did u manage to use it outside? Doesn't Lyra need to be connected to a DAW or?

Thank you for your comment😀Lyra-8 exhibits irregular behavior, but that's what makes playing it interesting and enjoyable!
How did the wildlife respond to this? I'm joking. I got a Lyra 8 two weeks ago. I'm obsessed with it.
Sometimes Japanese raccoon dogs pass by, but they don't seem very interested😆Enjoy playing the Lyra 8 !
nice !
Thank you !
How are you powering your devices?
I'm using a portable power supply, and the one I have lasts for 7 to 8 hours.
@KazuyoshiFujimura any chance you could share the brand / model? Hoping to do something exactly like this, this video inspired me 🙌🏽

What's the pedal?
Zoom MS-70CDR
This pedal is a product of an affordable Japanese company.
Congrats, great work! Which effect do you use on the pedal? I have the same one. Thanks!
