1 cup Red wine
1 cup Olive oil
1/4 cup coriander
dash hoisen sauce
1 tot thick soy sauce
1 tot balsimic vinegar
2 cloves garlic
dash to taste of honey
1 onion
1 lemon juiced
Brining -
1/4 cup salt
1/4 cup sugar
1/4 cup coriander
1 clove of garlic
1.5 L of water - half of which is boiled

Great job, just a note the sugar in the brine broke down the meat and caused some caramelization on the chops.. and the opitsite to the other batch of chops. It looks ama thou.
