I had two immediate thoughts listening to this. 1, wow I didn't know they played GTA 5 together, and 2, we STILL don't have GTA 6 lol. It's crazy to think they were all still together when GTA 5 was the current GTA and in 2024 it still is.
They explained it the next day: Opie was ready to whip out his camera, but Lazlow was looking at him and waved "NO" because he didn't want to leak any game visuals yet.
They bet they can't record the footage because the equipment they get for their show is so crappy and outdated, the onyl way they'd be able to record is by pointing a camera at the tv. And even than, it would need to be at a bad angle.
these segments stink cause they don't record the gameplay with the commentary. makes you wonder if jimmys really playing it of own free will or rockstar just paid them for a dedicated segment on the show.
