What did you expect? It is a literal universe of good vs. bad. You can hardly find anyone in that universe in the morally grey area. Even vigilantes are considered the good guys despite breaking the law. Its a very stereotypical reaction.
I do agree but it’s quite stupid that they JUST think in black and white(good vs bad) and there are a few(many) characters that are within the gray area such as in white and black (good but bad, Bakugou) and black and white(bad and good).

Bakugou keeps calling Dream "The mask bastard" but they haven't seen him do anything 'bad' really, both sides are fighting? Their reactions kinda make sense if they've seen more, but they haven't
