    My favorite cake is the Frankfurter Kranz (Frankfurt Crown Cake. It's a 3 layered sponge with kirsch syrup, cherry jam and buttercream. The entire outside is then covered with crushed caramelized nuts and almond flakes. I think the best one I have tried is at Bitter und Zart in Frankfurt am Main, it's amazing! :)

      Elias Micheal , if u like this then try a Coffee Crunch Cake its similar but uses Espresso in the Crunch and the Icing

    You are such a talented person who deserves many more likes and subcribers :D Pretty astonished to know that you are a student. ( wonder if that's correct since I saw that in one of the video's comment section ) However, getting to know that my secrets, which are your recipes are about to be revealed because more and more people start to figure out your channel, I am a bit sad lol
    Anyways, so glad I found you. Just wondering if you are currently living in HK or NZ. I have a trip to HK upcoming, and I need matcha powder. Where I live does not seem to sell the high quality one. Do you recommend any specific brands and if yes, where to buy them in Hk?

      Kelly Chan Hi Kelly :) I'm sorry, just saw you comment. it takes about 3 minutes, just wait till the mixture turns brown-ish (caramel colour)

      +angela5e 蛋白打發得夠挺,然後有烤熟,出爐後馬上反轉就不會“縮水”

    Can I omit honey ? For I prefer caramel taste more than honey.
    If I omit honey , other ingredient need to adjust ?
    If I want less sweet , which ingredient I can put less ?

      +vicky fung Hi, sorry for my delayed reply. You can replace honey with corn syrup, however, it's not quite possible to make it significantly "less sweet" because it would affect the chemical reaction (not sure how tho) of the honey combs. Actually, this chiffon cake and cream is not that sweet, so it could balance out the sweetness of the crunchies. :)

      +Kayan Lee you can get it at most supermarkets. It's like syrup you would have pancakes with, but it's clear.

      Bakabaka HeyHeybabIjaii any supermkt would have vegetable oil :) you can use corn oil, canola oil etc. just not olive oil and peanut oil.
