So, I got pills for periods n stuff, and because I forget practically everything very easily, I forgot to take them for three days, and was on a ship the entire time I was having period cramps. Got home and I found you! The timing couldn’t be any better. 🫶🏻

I could have used this earlier today. My pain was so bad I felt like ripping my organs out. Cried for 2 hours straight cuz that's how long it lasted, of course. Felt like I was gonna throw up cuz I was pacing around, my blood sugar dropped, I was cold sweating and shaking like mad. What an amazing combination. I was eventually stuck to the kitchen bench for 2 hours hunched over, couldn't move, couldn't distract myself with my phone cuz I couldn't even pick it up. Omg the back pain when it finally ended I felt crippled. The only thing easing a small amount of the pain was slamming my foot in to the floor or punching the kitchen bench, but I couldn't even do that cuz people in my house were in bed and the dog was barking life fuck sooooo, that was great. Just love life, don't u?

I’m grateful for these audios because I usually get my period during the night and it’s so painful that even with three Advil’s I’m still suffering and it’s the type of pain to make you nauseous and it’s not like I can do something about it like take a shower cause everyone is sleeping
