The Superhero market has become over saturated as a whole. People are tired and feel like they have seen it all. Everyone is rushing to put out the next big superhero movie. Before it was just MCU then DC then Sony dropped Miles then Disney dropped their Disney plus app and they needed to get consumers to watch it so they pushed tv show after tv show after tv show. Consumers have lost interest as they usually do. This isn't New to movies its happened to all the big blockbuster franchises. Star wars, Jurassic Park, Indiana Jones. It happens all the time, but Disney went with quantity over quality, they should've taken an extended period off after endgame. RDJ hasn't even been gone a decade yet and hes back in the MCU.
