Hey there! Love that you are always so willing to try new cuisines and cooking styles! A little hint: When using bamboo skewers, always soak them in warm/tepid water so they don't burn up when grilling, baking, or pan-frying. This helps the food slide off them more easily after it's been cooked too! Also, when mixing ground meats, don't be shy, get your hands in there! If you're squeamish or concerned about food safety, invest in some food-safe gloves! (I recommend gloves when handling raw meat and poultry anyway) Trying to mix ground meats with a spoon or other utensil can be iffy and doesn't always mix well.

Love what your doing and how you're doing it! Two suggestions. Get an oversized duffle at a thrift store , collect firewood whenever you can, put it in the duffle, then strap it across the front of your roof. Then you never have to buy it! Get a second 5 gallon water jug and get a holder to attach to the back of your van (outside) to store them. Then you always have shower water that is not ice cold! 😂

Why was that lady living in her car, didn't look like she choose that life style by choice especially in winter. I know lots of people are forced into their vehicles as a home, versus the alternative. Mateo choose living in his vehicle as a way of life going on adventures.

I grew up in DC/ Maryland and had some Great snow days & nights. Happy Birthday Mateo. I am glad you talked about the heater in your car not working. I was wondering why you never turn on the car for heat. Check your fuse box. I grew up in DC/ Maryland and had some Great snow days & nights. You can drive in snow but it is other people driving you have to watch out for but when the snow gets deep its good to just stay still. You have to find you a nice hill to sleigh down. Please keep your body warm. Glad to hear Ms. Brandy had a nice funeral and her dog being rescued. I cant wait to see the amazing videos you will put out with your new drone. almost all Mediterranean foods use those spices so not weird . Thats all used in stuffed grape leaves too . Definitely gives off amazing flavors.
