Yes, This was in 1989. Very Rare clip of Bandlands live. Not a Board mix obviously.

to the people mentioning the bad mix: IT WAS 1989! Just be fortunate that this was shared and enjoy.

Badlands OPENING for White Lion is a fucking crime. Someone call the law. The crowd would get what, 30-45 minutes of bluesy, ass-kickin', soulful, funky Hard Rock from Badlands, only to be followed by "Wait, wait, I never had a chance to LAHVE you!"
    Give me a fucking break.

I know, Badlands was a 90´s band, but they sounds like 70´s Rockers! Rest In Peace wherever you may be Ray! STILL THE BADLANDS FLAME BURNING!

The best traditional 70´s Rock rythm and sounds, with one the greatest ever Rocker vocalist, and with a great musicians staff, jake E Lee, knows how to Rock the Blues and how to Rock Into The Hard Way, Slides a lot and amazing way to tame the Blues chords, great Hard Rock band ever! Voodoo Higway Carved In my Heart!

Man Ray was badass. Worried about the "mix" from what was most likely a camera mike? You must be a youngster.

mixing is off. Drums off a bit mic's are messed up but Jake is perfect as usual.

yeah the mixing is way off for the drums,if you were 10 to 15 ft back infront of the band you'd swear you had bought the best seats, this band was overshadowed by rich men who never heard a real band before, there was talent everywhere in the late 80's overshadowed by what other people thought was good,BADLANDS was such a band, multi talented young men who gave a damn, incredible sound, heard them live haven't been the same since
