It's embarkment day! Welcome aboard the Disney Magic for the Magic at Sea UK Staycation cruise! In this vlog we arrive at port, take our covid test and get onboard the Disney Magic. We are greeted by Mickey and Minnie, I take you on a tour of the ship and a tour of my Oceanview Verandah Stateroom.

Thank you so much for the tour! My husband and I sailed on the Disney Magic back in 2010 for our first cruise ever! We are scheduled on the Disney Fantasy for October (our 4th cruise overall and 3rd time on the Disney Fantasy) so when I saw the atrium of the Disney Magic I didn't remember it was so much smaller...lol. It brought a tear to my eyes when they introduced you....that is one of my favorite Disney touches! It was also nice to see Cabana's open! Our tradition is that as soon as we get onboard we head up to Cabana's for lunch and my husband loves the crab claws!!!! Have a very Magical trip!!!!!
You're so welcome! Aw amazing, I've been on the Dream but not the Fantasy but yes the atrium size is so much smaller by comparison! Aw the intro is so nice and yes heading straight to Cabanas is a good shout!

Hi Karen I cried when I saw you enter the ship with the Disney characters, it has been so long since I have been able to travel and the last two trips of mine were cancelled, and now we're back in lockdown delta strain in greater Sydney. So happy for you to be able to travel. It looks like you had an amazing time you deserve it

Aw I'm glad it was helpful! The rooms are fab, I loved heading back in the evening and enjoying my Mickey Premium Bar each night!
We just got back from the second test cruise and thought we'd watch your volg, couldn't believe it when we saw your room number was the same room number as ours!!!
OMG no way! It was a great room haha
@@KarenBee we had three rooms together, 7068, 7070 and 7072 so opened the veranda up between them. It was a great break but can't wait to do vegas and disneyland in Feb next year!

My wife and I are going out of Port Canaveral October 2nd on the fantasy so hopefully that goes. And then we have another one aboard the magic February 5th of 2022 so I'm hopeful both goes

Thanks Ivana! Ye we had so much fun together! Yes the test on the day you board are included however for under 18s I believe there was a pre-test that you had to pay for!

No it was the full size ones so none of the mini ones to take away

Aw thank you! I guess that doesn't really make sense lol I mean I bought mine in America from an American brand and I use it for all my America trips! My case I bought here in the UK is smaller and I think maybe our 'standard size' cases are smaller too..
