that is the way we fish up here in Delaware in early spring and most of the fall. catch slot of nice bass doing it!! Make a wish dad from back in December, thanks Scott for all you do!!
Loved that demo at the end in the live well. Had no idea there were such differences in these lip-less cranks. Looks like I'll have to upgrade all my stocks now.
Another great vid Scott. Watching your instructional videos is the only thing keeping me sane right now. Got 16+ inches of snow dumped on us in NH today. Keep up the good work!
Scott, Was kinda warm here in Maryland today, so made my first 2017 fishing trip. I threw the Red-eye Shad, one in chili craw, the other a bluegill pattern. I worked them exactly like you said in this video.......caught three big ones, one my PB (about 6 lbs.) Thanks for the pointers!
Scott this was a great video my friend. Well I just went out and bought me a Okuma ROD and REEL From Roost sports. So I am really excited to go fish this spring.
Love these videos, id love to see a video a little more in depth on reading different sonars/views (If you have one already..sorry.. maybe link it) . What brush piles look like vs rock piles etc. There is very few descriptive videos on this also everyone explains things different. As always though. awesome video.
Scott! Good tips man. my wife and I saw you at guntersville. I know it was a tough one but hang in there and focus on the next one. my wife and I are from ft. Lauderdale. we fished bass busters every month. you might know my father in law Sean Stickler. just wanted to let you know you got fans in guntersville!
Scotty, FYI thinner line is more sensitive. Also, soft fluorocarbon is going to be less sensitive vs stiff fluorocarbon. Many companies suggest soft fluorocarbon to use on spinning reels.
Good video I will have to try fishing a lipless crankbait that way. Also need to get a live target one cause I actually never had one to stand up like that. Good luck in your next tournament hope you catch a bunch of big ones.
Hey Scott! Great vid Man! I would love to see a video on how you decide where to set your drag. I very rarely here your drag kick in on your videos. Is there a particular reason for this. I'd love to learn a better way. Thanks!
Fluorocarbon stretches more, it's more sensitive because of its density. It takes more force for the initial stretch which is why you feel bites better on slack line, once you set the hook it stretches more than mono.
Coming down to Florida for few weeks and to watch the the bassmaster event at lake O in Febuary and to get out of this canadian winter for bit. I am going to be fishing Kissimee could you tell me what pattern fish are in middle Feb? 3 baits i need to have tied on?
+Scott Martin.... Tell me about the P-line tactical, is it everything they said it would be. I throw almost exclusively Seagaur invis-x now but I am a P-line man at heart..let me know
Scott what about using that technique on braid?? I have a tournament on Harris chain this Saturday and I found some rattle trap fish going regular style. Just curious on the difference
Mr. Scott I have a pair of Costa Permit sunglasses my wife got me them two years ago on are honeymoon. In Jackson Hole Wyoming love my sunglasses but the rubber is coming off all around face by my eyes? Do you know if i can send them to Costa for repair? Great video as always #BAM👊🏻🎣
In what kind of situation do you take of the tail hook and run your line down the side of the lipless so it slides on the line? Is that for short striking fish?
Scott the lake I fish is always stained dirty it has alot of fishing pressure and is in Muncie Indiana how soon will be a good time to hit the lake it's still 30 to 40 Degrees here
hey scott! love your videos as usual! How did you get your camera so high up on your chest? did you use a regular chest mount and motify it. Or is it a one made like that? thx!
this summer coming up will be my first time using a bait caster. Do you recommend for beginners a high speed reel? or like a 5.1 ratio? they have a high speed one for like 50 bucks its a Kastking.
I love this technique for lipless cranks. I'll definitely be using it at the tournament in Okeechobee this weekend.
You're a great teacher. Very humble in your delivery.
Man, I like the way this one stands straight up when it comes to rest on the bottom. That's a great feature.
that is the way we fish up here in Delaware in early spring and most of the fall. catch slot of nice bass doing it!! Make a wish dad from back in December, thanks Scott for all you do!!

Hey Scott, will you be fishing the Lake Travis event this month?
Fluorocarbon stretches more, it's more sensitive because of its density. It takes more force for the initial stretch which is why you feel bites better on slack line, once you set the hook it stretches more than mono.
When r you going to be back in lake O for a guided tour?
Will the split rings that these come with fray my line? Should I take them off and tie on directly with my favorite loop knot?
Hey Scott I have a tournament the 18th at lake michell Alabama and I was wondering if u could tell me what to throw thanks
Coming down to Florida for few weeks and to watch the the bassmaster event at lake O in Febuary and to get out of this canadian winter for bit. I am going to be fishing Kissimee could you tell me what pattern fish are in middle Feb? 3 baits i need to have tied on?
