- Join me as I explore this new strange new cave that I recently discovered while exploring. It's a weird little video, but I explore the mysterious cavern and crawl through the limestone spring water channel deep underground. I really is somewhat of a mystery exploration and once you get past the strange opening, it develops into a wondrous and beautiful journey.

At 2:42 the center black stone looks like it has etchings on it. Just looks so....not normal. Great video. Nerves of steel!

Awesome find, it’s truly an amazing experience to find, sit in and absorb a place unlikely to have been seen by human eyes before.

The rock to the right of it looks interesting too. Lots of rocks I would like out if there.
Also, at 8:17 and 8:54 there is the same yellow or gold item with a tail on it. Not sure if it's organic or metallic.

I love watching these Exploring videos but I have to admit my claustrophobia kicks in big time. Haha.
I've always been claustrophobic, but I never knew how much until I saw his cave videos.....
I've wanted to watch these cave videos since they were posted but I've had to psych myself up for it. Even thinking about watching triggered my claustrophobia.
These are the kind of things i would dream about coming across while exploring the outdoors as a kid.... Awesome!

Hey Beau those are called Cave Salamander (Eurycea lucifuga) aka: Spotted-Tail Salamander. Yeah I know "Cave Salamander" is not a very imaginative name.
Fun fact they have prehensile tails.

OMG! Chig, That is so cool. when you first put the gopro under water there was a black rock, Did that have carving on it? Or was I just hoping something was there? Man that is so cool, Hurry up and post the next video of this cave..
That's what I was about to say. It definitely looked like there was carving on that one black rock towards the beginning of the video. Maybe this cave was actually a trash dump or something for the house that I think Chig said existed near there back in the day. Seems kind of odd for there to be that much pottery and bricks otherwise for something that was mostly sealed up till he opened it.
@@CheapestGamer I agree, I am hoping he finds something down there that may tell us why all that stuff is down there,

I had the same impression about that black rock as well.
thought same thing but alas merely pareidolia ...and I paused and studied in great length but they are merely marks due to geological processes...but cool to imagine such possibilities in such a place... :)
THAT was an epic journey!! Thanks heaps for this one Chiggs!! I was thinking it may have once been an open hole that collapsed on itself, would explain all the pottery....maybe a hole used as a dumping location for rocks, stones, bricks, china, pottery, etc?

It's weird when I was young , all those years ago, being closed in didn't bother me at all but at around 50 years of age things changed now even watching The Chig crawling around places I used to enjoy I get on edge . Weird

That "was" bizarre Lindsey! :P Amazing little cave. I saw a beautiful cobalt blue piece of pottery or something. There must have been another opening at one time upstream for all of this pottery to be in there. Beautiful lucid water. Can't wait for the return trip. BTW.... name the cave after paw in law.

I’m glad you joined a Grotto. After years of being a Caver wife seeing someone crawl into a cave like that one without backup terrifies me! Oh, Lindsey is with you! I feel better, but you can die within hours in water like that Being able to turn around doesn’t help if you get an ankle stuck like Floyd Collins.

Oh my goodness, that was awesome! I’m a bit, well quite a bit claustrophobic so I don’t think I could do that but by living vicariously through you well, I’m there! The pottery is amazing, I wanted to stay there and pick up every little piece! Did you notice the bright blue piece? It was small but vivid blue. Can’t wait to see that one again! You be careful and I’ll see ya next time.
