They share it already, cuz all of them are part of the payday gang, all the money we rob goes to the common vault.Also some characters have duplicates in there, meaning that they need to divide it less than the player count.

Actually you would break stealth. There are still the pager cap (4) as well as the added amount of people made guards easier to detect.
