    Filling:
    - whole bag of split mung beans
    - 1/2 cup granulated sugar
    Ginger syrup:
    - 6 cups water
    - 1 cup brown sugar
    - 1 cup granulated sugar
    - 1/2 tsp salt
    - 3-5 slices of fresh ginger
    Coconut cream:
    - 2 cans of coconut milk (13 oz. each)
    - 1/2 cup granulated OR brown sugar
    - pinch of salt
    Dough:
    - 1 bag glutinous rice flour
    - 1/4 cup granulated sugar
    - 1.5 cup water OR coconut milk
    Toppings:
    - 1/4 cup white sesame seeds (toasted)
