I'm so appreciative that you use fret numbers so much when you're teaching, I find it so much easier to process and follow! Many other guitar teachers don't, and it's harder to follow! I find I think in letters with piano, from years of doing it, but as a novice on guitar, I find it easier/ faster to think in numbers🥰
I've been going through some stuff lately and feel stuck and lost but you completely took me to a secure, safe and loving place. I so needed to hear this today You are a blessing. Thank you for sharing
Another brilliant, beautiful, and "simple" lesson. My biggest challenge is unintended pull-offs when transitioning from the 3-string barre chord to single note melody. I studied the video of Marco carefully in slow-motion. The only muting I can see Marco doing is "releasing pressure" of the barre (where the index finger is then muting the top 3 strings) just before he plays single note melody. Timing is key. Marco I would love for you to make a video on different right and left hand muting.
And he's tutorials are preety nice and easy Some videos will be like "it's easy folks you just have to learn to play the dmin suspended argumented diminished side accaplela to express or 7th 5th chord"
Wow..thanks Marco for this great lesson. These tutorials have indeed been of enormous help to me, especially keeping me up my feet urging me to wanna know more.
New subscriber here. I love your videos! I played guitar for 6 years but stopped. Recently I’ve had so much free time time I decided to try again. Your videos are really helping. I’m enjoying myself a lot. Thank you.
Great lesson. You are a remarkable teacher and a true inspiration, Marco. You give beauty and richness to the world, colour in a grey covid world, and hope to us amateur musicians that one day maybe we will sound like you. Again thank you gratzi venite in Canada!
An Absolutely beautiful piece .I love and am learning it .you are always playing romantic beautiful pieces of art and inspiration ...learning as many of your piece's as I possibly can ....thanjyou .
Marco, thank you very much. My almost 50 years of no improving days are finally over thanks to your lessons. I am thrilled by slow but certain improvements in my understanding the music theories and playing skills. Muchas gracias maestro.
Marvelous - and so much fun to practice and play 😊 Listen to the intro and how that G# keeps ringing (32nd sec) - it makes a world of difference to the melody. The devil is in the details, as always. Thank you Marco for all these videos 👍🏻
Seems like there's an essence of an Indian Raag named 'Yaman kalyan' in this first part... (A raga or raag is a melodic framework for improvisation akin to a melodic mode in Indian classical music. While the rāga is a remarkable and central feature of the classical music tradition, it has no direct translation to concepts in the classical European music tradition.)❤️🥰
Wow Marco, This may be the most beautiful Chord Voicing's I've ever heard . Thank you so much. You make those of us that learn from you sound really good..
Brilliant, great lesson thanks! Just, who's playing the percussion? I guess you added that later? This seems simple but you name all the notes in the chords and the scale positions and you explain what key you are in and why. So learning about chord structure, some theory and the notes on the fingerboard allows you to compose such beautiful and seemingly simple stuff. Great video, great sound recording.
thats funny, i just was playing with the guitar doing something similar, and here i bump into your video doing the same thing but more elaborated and beautiful, an i am so happy and glad! :-)
Always remember: Playing D major leads to laying Major D if you tickle the strings right.

Technically seventh refers to an interval and not a scale degree. The correct term is just seven. But continue..
