Sorry to hear you aren't using Lunar Client anymore. We hope to improve on the points you've given us and hopefully bring you back to Lunar Client!
We would like to add that hit detection/registration does not matter depending on what client you use. All clients have the same hit detection and no client is better than the other when it comes to that. It's all a visual placebo. We use a different JRE than others (Zulu) but that would not change the hit detection. We've heard this a few times yet never seen any real experiments to back it up.
Wow, actual lunar client responded! Even though I personally switched to Badlion, I just want to make sure that everyone reading uses the client that they prefer. These were my reasons for switching (1.8.9) but I do also still use Lunar for 1.19 and up. Thank you guys for taking this video so seriously and for your dedication to making a good client!
Edit: Just to add, I don’t have any firm proof that the hit reg is better on Badlion, however, I’m not the only one that has experienced/noticed this. Furthermore, as I stated in the video, I only noticed this on Hypixel.

Lunar is glitched for me. I enter my Microsoft account and password , it says “successfully added account” or something and it still says “invalid session” even tho I bought mc. Plz help
@windex8413 I think that it was already kinda stated in the video. The video is very opinion based, and he is self aware of that. He constantly said "in my opinion" during the video

From my experience, badlion has had better hitreg, more consistent frames, and its more optimized for low end-budget pcs like mine. They also have a badlion lite option, which is for low end pcs specifically.

If you experience the multiplayer server glitch in lunar, you have to go to the main menu and click profiles. If you have 2 profiles there, you have to delete the bottom one.

PVP feels completely different on badlion for some reason. I don't know if it's hits or not but the difference is 100% there and i have no explanation for it

For me every time I get into badlion and hop onto a server for at least a minute, I get a absolutely ridiculous amount of lag spikes (on my brand new computer). It’s really annoying and I don’t know why it happens.
Literally everyone notices the better hit reg on Badlion Client
Also imo the block hit animations are also better on BLC
I agree, when I originally went from badlion to lunar I instantly noticed how much worse the block hit animations were. Badlion block hits are so nice

@@mithead486 i have a imac m1 and i consistently get 200-300 fps and my gameplay is rly smooth. you should allocate less ram, that was the solution for me. if you have 8 gb memory, do 2 gb ram. the more memory you have available, the better, not necessarily the more gb you allocate. hope that helps!

Ive never really had these kind of issues. I stay on lunar because it just feels more clean and easy to use. also lunar doesnt give you ads on the start of the client.
The only issue Ive had with lunar is when signing in, sometimes I will try to sign in and although the microsoft popup says that everything is ok, lunar doesnt update and my account isnt added. still dont have a solution for it but lunar has been a 10/10 for me
but to each their own. use the client you love the most!

i have use lunar in the past i just feel lunar is more smoother than badlion but use badlion cuz it loads in like 3-4 seconds

I used to play Lunar and I really had a great experience, but I was pissed that I couldn't add my own moda so I switched to feather client
the hitreg problem is because some servers are thinking badlion has an anticheat we can turn ours off. badlion has one so on gommehd you cant play with lunar

I don’t have a frame problem in lunar but i agree on the hit reg its way better for me in badlion but i still didn’t switch yet assuming its a visual problem only because clients don’t impact hit register and lunar is way smoother and looks better for me
It is acctually not a visual effect. Lunar just chooses the 1.8 hit mechanic code which sets a delay for every missed hit of about 500ms, meaning that if you miss a hit on the oponent or become out of range you won't be able to hit the player for the next half a second.
it is a visual effect because clients with no hit delay wont be alllowed on multiple servers thats just the normal game for 1.8 servers so if your saying badlion is better it isnt it has the same mechanic code for hits as badlion@@bobthepenguinbro8231

I agree. Also with the fps i can get about 4300 fps with badlion and only around 550 with lunar

In my case Badlion feels a lot smoother compared to Lunar. And also using 32x texture packs on Badlion feels smoother too.
I was more focused on the gameplay than his explanation about the client LOL
Personally, I've always had a better experience with Lunar client, and Badlion was super laggy, but I am using a better computer now so I might be willing to give it a try. Great video!
Okay, this is a UA-camr being honest about the client he is using. Some others just lie because they are either sponsored or they just support the trend.

personally i prefer lunar, as issues are solved extremely fast, and the community is amazing. i also find now, that badlion has a lot more popups, when i launch it, and it gives me less fps in game

bruh i cant use badlion it just wont run and i want to use it again whenever i try opening badlion it tells me to update my drivers and i did but still doesnt work
i personally get bad hit reg on mmc, im currently usin lunar client and i happen very often to get particles but no actual hit on the enemy players, this happens both on 1.7 & 1.8, and since i got ethernet i started to get rlly anoyed by this, to the point where i wanted to buy cheats so i can up my reach.
i ll try badlion in a short time and hope for the best
One thing I’ve noticed, try blockhitting. Also if you got Ethernet you probably just lowered your ping by 2-3ms. On MMC this could actually change your W tap timing, maybe try W tapping earlier. Hope that helps.

I personally prefer Lunar because I couldn't make sense of Badlion client's gui, for me Lunar is so much easier to use and I used to have a lower end PC, which before Lunar it got like 60fps if I was lucky, with it I got 100 but then after I broke my GPU no client helped.
Now I'm using my M2 MB Air that I normally use for anything but gaming and my only complaint is the GUI not being very well optimized for M2 MacBooks specifically.
I went from normal vanilla when i was starting minecraft to badlion when i first started playing 1.8 pvp, then i started the transition to 1.20 and went to lunar client. after that there was a ton of mods that i couldent get on a client so i went to modded vanilla

I’m sorry but if badlion has “better hitreg” then lunar or vanilla for that matter would that not be considered a unfair advantage? I swear lunar used to have the same thing and got exposed for changing values and was deemed a hack client.
Lunar situation was different, better hit reg never means hacks and is defiantly not a unfair advantage
I feel like lunars hitreg has gone downhill overtime and makes badlions looks better by comparison. In fact, I switched to Lunar originally for better hits. Idk, something about it felt different… I never knew what it was and this was before the whole hit delay drama. There was a day where it all kinda changed for some unknown reason, and I attributed to my internet (garbage at the time) but low and behold many people are in the same boat as me. So I guess it’s more that badlion is normal hitreg and lunars is just less than average (if that makes sense)

So 1.8.9 had a feature where at high cps at some point your tool would start swinging slower and then go back to full speed. This does not happen in 1.7 which is why a lot of people prefer 1.7 for pvp. Lunar had a mod built in that got rid of this sort of swing speed nerf and was deemed as an unfair advantage since a lot of servers only use 1.8.9. Lunar ended up removing this but to my knowledge badlion hasn’t. Correct me on this if im wrong but it doesn’t make a huge difference.

i have a computer with gtx 1650 and ryzen processor which is pretty basic and i get way higher fps with lunar i have a feeling like this is an ad for badlion

I also get more fps on bad-lion then on lunar. And also i feel like more of my hits actually hit the player more. Lunar client is really hard to aim on

I am a big fan of lunar and have used it for over 2 years, but when using badlion, i get 100 more fps and somehow less ping. Therefor i switched to badlion but I still love lunar
lunar uses a lot of ram and doesnt include raw input (however you can use something like lcqtv2), raw input makes that your aim is always predictible (excluding lags, which arent because of this mod, just minecraft being minecraft). also remember to turn on "modern keybind handling" (available to both blc and lunar in their vanilla form) and you will never change back to feather or official vanilla. oh, and there is also forge 1.8.9 with patcher mod which gives even more fps (+ optifine) compared to blc.
I love using badlion but when I use it, it just doesn't hit at all either right or left mouse buttons don't work so that's why I don't use badlion overall both are great
When you said badlion launches fast it does but i notice when you launch the game on badlion it laods fast but you low frames for 3 minutes compared to lunar that only gives you low frames for 30 seconds

i get better fps on badlion, and just playing in general feels a lot smoother. but lunar client looks realy good, the mod menu looks good and just looks really well made
the first time i used badlion client, was my last i tried it after lunar and i got 5-10 fps on hypixel badlion client, i got 100-110 fps on lunar client so honestly i hate badlion in my opinion
i experienced that i cant use a 1000hz polling rate without jittering on lunar, only 500hz
for me and 2 of my friends the hit reg is way worse on blc and for some reason my blocks disappear when i dragclick on blc but not on lunar
hpjnastly lunar should add nvidium to the fpss boost right now it is mor optimized for amd gpu with intel cpu witch is realy rare and nvidium would realy help

the reason that lunar's hitreg feels worse is because of 1.8 itself, whihc sometimes does not register your hits. balion, on the other hand has hitdelayfix built in while lunar used to have it but is now gone.
Hitdelay fix is not built in any of them since it’s considered a hack on many servers and its not allowed anymore and hit reg should not matter in any client since clients doesn’t impact hit reg anymore i am pretty sure its a visual problem

in the past i used to use badlion as my main client but when they removed acces rom 32 bit machines i switched to lunar client wich it was so clean and fps boosting for my gameplay im not saying badlion reduces my fps its just it doesnt support 32 bit pcs anymore !

Well in the past there were many strong moral reasons against using badlion because of its creators. But I think several people left that were involved in that drama/inappropriate behaviour. Other than that I don’t notice any negatives about badlion.

For cracked I’m not sure, but please be very careful. Some of the most popular cracked clients are known to have malware.

i have felt like badlion is just way cleaner overall but i use a pretty bad laptop for gaming and get bad fps and have heard from friends that badlion is worse for laptops and better for desktops i wanted to use badlion or even feather but the fps i get on lunar are unamatched

the hits feeling better is because thay have a nohitdelay fix so your hits are like 1.7 hit delay
i just feather client for skyblock mods and when i came back and tried badlion and after i would be online on the client the game will just crash so uh yeah

Lunar feels cleaner in terms of fps for me, but maybe that's just because I don't have the money to buy a god pc for playing minecraft and can't care about the difference between 200 and 300 fps
I actually view it the opposite, I recommend most people use badlion for the exact reason that they usually don’t have a good PC. So the 20-30 frames matters a lot. But like I said, each person should test which one works best in their computer.

Try turning off 3D skins if you have it enabled and it might help. I recently had a friend with this same problem. Other than that use the client you prefer, I still like lunar a lot!
Personally I swapped from lunar to badlion because of the major fps boost that badlion gives. In 2021-2022, badlions fps was way worse than lunar’s, but now it’s so much better, I got an average of 2600fps in super flat creative on badlion but only an average of 1200fps in lunar, that’s more than twice the fps. Badlion rlly made a comeback in terms of fps. And it has so many more mods than lunar as well with a faster launch time, literally no downside to using badlion IMO (don’t want lunar fans to go mad)

I use lunar on my mac (my current computer) because it doesnt run 10fps. Badlion lags my computer like crazy while lunar gives me 300-1200 fps
i remember one time i was on lunar and at one point i got 800 to 900 fps. so in my opion lunar is a bit better but both are great clients to use and i recommend both.
i have keystrokes enabled and why i dont use badlion is mainly because er i cant disable text shadow on keystrokes in badlion
i think ill switchto badlion bc i thoughtthe failed to connect was for everyone on hypixel but if its for lunar and any server then ill switch but i am getting good frames and clean gameplay so ill probably have both
