2024 Chevrolet Equinox EV First Drive Review: FINALLY, An Affordable EV

There is a LOT to love about the Equinox but it would seem that ALL of the LT trims come with the Blue accent in the interior....unfortunately there are no other options other to chose from in the LT trims....the ONLY way NOT to get the blue accent on the interior is to get the RS trims...They would have been better off going with a neutral color (silver/grey) rather than the blue (as it is in the RS trims)....Especially given that they've got ambient lighting that you you can use to spice up/customize the interior if you want a pop of color. As you said it's REALLY odd to get a car with a red exterior and have a blue accent all over the interior. This is a miss on GM's part.... but it's a nit but I hope they address that in the 2025 model.
Of bigger concern to is:
1 - There is no digital rear view mirror option on ANY TRIM!
2 - There is no Heads up display option on ANY TRIM!
3 - The only way to get the Universal Home Remote feature is if you buy one of the 3 Trims (3LT or 3RS). ARGH! Seriously!'
4 - And how about a wireless Qi charging option for your phone?
I believe GM has a winner on their hands with the Equinox. But I do hope that GM will address these short comings in 2025 versions.

You need a 48 amp outlet to get the full 11kwh level 2 charging.

I believe that on the 2LT and 3LT trims, you can ONLY get the blue color accents in and around the dash. The RS trims have the silver accent trim above the vents and on the dash
