Russia should be held accountable for there past neglect of there nuclear weapons programs. Every one that has died or has health problems because of this should be taken care of and all the contaminated uranium mine's and nuclear test sites cleaned up at Russia expense period. Its always innocent people that pay for government's mistakes.
