    1. Optimize Metabolism
    • Focus on a diet that supports and boosts metabolism.
    2. Freshly Pressed Orange Juice
    • Preferably cold-pressed, unpasteurized, and with no additives.
    • Helps mitigate the effects of bad oils (e.g., seed oils).
    3. Avoid Seed Oils
    • Use alternatives like ghee, butter, coconut oil, avocado oil, or beef tallow.
    • Avoid canola oil and vegetable oils entirely.
    4. Sugar from Natural Sources
    • Fruits and honey are beneficial and provide energy.
    • Processed candies and refined sugars should be avoided.
    5. Goat Milk Instead of Cow Milk
    • Full-fat goat milk as an alternative to raw milk.
    • Make homemade yogurt using goat milk.
    6. Free-Range Eggs
    • Preferably from farms, or opt for free-range eggs at the store.
    7. Meat and Fish
    • Mainly beef (e.g., ground beef) and steak.

    • Eat a large variety of fruits daily, such as berries, bananas, and carrots.
    • Special carrot salads with coconut oil and apple cider vinegar.
    9. Natural Ingredients in Food
    • Focus on simple, clean ingredients without additives (e.g., ice cream made with fresh ingredients).
    10. Supplements
    • Includes magnesium, creatine, taurine, desiccated thyroid, bee pollen, royal jelly.
    • Bee pollen and royal jelly are highlighted for their energizing properties.
    11. Natural Honey and Salt
    • Use raw honey instead of pasteurized honey.
    • Opt for sea salt or mineral-rich salt instead of refined table salt.
    12. High-Calorie Shakes for Weight Gain
    • Ingredients: raw milk/goat milk, free-range eggs, raw honey, coconut oil, quark, blueberries, and optional creatine.
    13. Water Quality
    • Prefer spring water or glass-bottled water.
    14. Focus on Gut Health
    • Eat healthy to improve gut flora, which positively impacts mental clarity and emotional stability.
These recommendations are aimed at improving health, energy, and overall well-being.

Im not even kidding, i just realized recently I started drinking raw milk and my mind is much more clearer, and im more active, like i used to be so lethargic before i started raw milk. Alhamdulillah. what you are saying is 100% heal your body and gut, your mind will get so much better. SubhanAllah.

Bee pollen was the first thing I started. Before your videos, before praying, before everything & then fasting plus grapes. Prayer & then salt with water.

How to make ground beef taste good...

    • @BaaziSufi
      @BaaziSufi Місяць тому +1

To make ground beef taste amazing, heat a little coconut oil in a skillet over medium heat, sauté chopped onions if desired until golden, then add minced garlic and cook until fragrant. Add the ground beef, breaking it apart as it browns, and season generously with salt, pepper, cumin, and paprika. Stir everything together and cook until the beef is fully browned and slightly crispy on the edges. Garnish with fresh herbs like cilantro or parsley if you like, and enjoy it as a topping or side for your favorite dish.

@@BaaziSufi that is actually doable, I've never tried it with onion.
But every time I make it, it's either raw or overcooked (dry).
There's very few varieties of halal meat where I live, so I can't get a fattier cut

    • @BaaziSufi
      @BaaziSufi Місяць тому

@@xozu "I hear you! Getting it just right can be tricky. Have you tried marinating it longer or cooking on lower heat for a bit more control? Also, onions can help add moisture if you’re worried about it being too dry. As for the fattier cut, maybe mixing in a bit of oil or butter could balance things out.

You need this food for the mind, and you need the mind for the money. YOU NEED MONEY FOR THIS FOOD.
What am I supposed to do... Can you tell a budget version of this? Or do I just focus on making money instead of the diet?
