Great video thanks for making it. Was looking specifically for the Trundle as a trip down memory lane. Me and my bro flew our 4 foot wingspan balsa wood gliders and kites here 40 years ago as 10/12 year olds. It was always a favourite for picnics and family walks. My aunt and uncle used to drive us back home down rickety bumpy chalkpit lane which was spine jarring! I live up in Lincolnshire now, but every now and then like to revisit for old times sake. Love the really high altitude view at the end of the vid. Nice.
Great video. I used to spend holidays in Singleton, bankside, just visible in some of the videos, back in the '70's. I live 200 miles away now in Norfolk but im lucky to have an old camper van and I'll sometimes drive down there just to be there. Uncle Colin's ashes were scattered there and mine probably will join him.
