First it will be better if you rent a scooty from siliguri contact details available on google rent is 800 per day activa 125,ntorq or Yamaha ,honda is also preferable. When you climb the hill no issue just drive carefully and maintain the throttle, when you downhill don't off the engine use engine brake and pull brakes softly as per requirement. When you go there you can use darjeeling main road but when you return back you must use mirik road surely you enjoy the ride and it is safe for a scooty uphill and downhill ride and please start your journey early morning and take full tank petrol when you start your journey and take some breaks thats all...😊
